This property along with its sister property, Palmas De Cortez Resort, are recognized as 'The Place To Stay' in Los Barriles. We are located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. Our Villa is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, and two main living areas (kitchen that is fully open to living room with queen size sofa pull out couch and master bedroom with king size bed). There is also a queen size automatic blow up air mattress and a small cot for additional sleep options. There is separate air conditioning in each room as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach. It is perfect for families, friends or couples wishing to have separate sleeping quarters and their own private bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment for the most creative cooks; including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stove top, and Bosch washer and dryer. The Villa De Cortez complex has a Private Beach front Infinity Edge pool with swim up bar plus separate hot tub and small children's pool. The new restaurant is located between the Villa De Cortez and the Palmas De Cortez resorts. The food is excellent and you'll never beat the view!

Gorgeous views of the Sea of Cortez and the surrounding mountains. Heated saltwater pool and palapa area are perfect for sunbathing, yoga, relaxing, etc. 5-10 minute walk to pristine beaches, restaurants, farmer's market, shops, yoga studios/gyms, fantastic vegetable market & grocery stores. The new Palmas de Cortez Pickleball Complex is a 10 minute walk.

We are four lots from the beautiful 🏖️ beach. it is spacious and private, quiet and beautiful piece of paradise. Air conditioned throughout, Full kitchen, king 🛌 bed in master, two tv’s 📺 and most all comfort of home. Full safe water drinking system. One of my all time favourite Airbnb stays, if not my very favourite. Stunning location, stunning house, so relaxing, and the town is excellent. Recommend a stay here highly. The only pretentious nag I’d have is that the pool and garden staff show up unannounced and the decor is old and dated and doesn’t match the house. However I understand it suits the owners tastes.

Juan was quick to address any questions or issues. At one point, he even hired a welder to fix a worn out gate hinge - while we were gone for the day. When we came back, everyone was impressed this was corrected so well and so fast. This was our group’s second stay at Casa Tsune and we plan yo return again and again.

FABULOUS! Sonadora is more beautiful, more relaxing, more comfortable and more, more, more than you can dream of when looking at the pictures. Our family of 6, plus a nanny, loved every minute of our stay and loved it so much, we extended an extra day. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and have a spot for all your items to be unpacked and really feel at home, while also maximizing the views of paradise. The kitchen has everything you could even think of needing, and then some. We had private chef Linda prepare our 26th wedding anniversary dinner and our farewell breakfast - - both delicious. We rented a car, but it wasn't really needed. We rented an ATV and totally loved using that to get around town. We loved our private pool, hammocks and jacuzzi tub for the evenings, and the beachside pool & SUPs for lounging days and backdrop for some gorgeous family photos Christian, the house manager, surpassed any expectations we had with his top-notch service, attention to detail and fun personality. It's hard to write this review because it just makes me want be back .... JUST GO ... you will love every minute!! We are looking forward to many more stays. Thank you Sonadora!

Casitas ventana was absolutely wonderful for our family, safe and welcoming for our kids with a shared courtyard, pool and right on the beach. Space was very comfortable. It's a bit out of town and you'd want a car, but a couple very walkable beach restaurants and the one on site is good, and perfect jumping off point for running/mountain biking trail networks south of town. We will be back!

Mark was a great host. The right mix of support for the property and privacy for guests. We had great neighbours for our stay, and the heated pool was just what our kids needed in El Sargento's February climate. The casita was full with 2 adults and 3 kids under 5 (lol) but it everything worked in the place and we felt safe and secure. Thanks Mark.

Amazing place, right on the beach. We fell asleep each night to the sound of the waves. It was spotlessly clean, Very well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen including oils and spices, well decorated with comfy beds. Also has addle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear etc. A few hindered feet down from a good yet uncrowded bar and restaurant and kite boarding school. I took a foil lesson behind a jet ski with as recommended by the host Terri. Great for kiting as it is a fairly private beach and far fewer kiters than further south in la ventana. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks Terri!
