The first breakfast is included in the rate, we have almost no neighbors; it is a very quiet neighborhood a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach and a 15-minute walk to the center, we accept pets, 2 dogs live on the property, we have chickens and roosters, we offer tours of all kinds and practical tips to enjoy the area. This centrally located house near Playa Central is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store. The quiet neighborhood offers great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room has a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy high-speed Starlink satellite internet during your stay. Note: There is no AC. We have two ceiling fans for the living room and a floor fan for the bedroom. Hot months may be an issue.
