Vacation rentals with a patio in Agrustos

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Very positive experience, the house is centrally located to visit several beaches in the area, specifically that we always moved around by car. Very clean house with everything you need, we did not meet Carlo in person but we communicated via messages without problems. I recommend it without a doubt!

This was truly such a special place. The apartment itself is clean with a gorgeous view and the entire complex feels authetic and well kept. We had an amazing experience and would recommend it highly.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Niccoló's and Elena's place. The communication was very quick and super friendly. I a really nice place to stay a few days in Posada.

We are a family with two little children and we had a very nice time at Marcos place. The garden is paradise and the accommodation is very tastefully decorated. The beach is a 5-minute walk away. We were the only ones there in early May. Sara, who welcomed us on site, is very warm, friendly and helpful. Marco is also easily accessible and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back! Tutto perfetto!

Nice place. With an awesome garden. But it's an outside location, you need a car and the water in front of the house does not welcome for swimming, but great to paddle with the boat a bit around. Thanks for everything

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We had high expectations, which were met -- and topped! The historical house is so beautifully and well renovated. We were so grateful for the terrific climate system, complete with warmed floors, which were particularly nice since we met a fair amount of cool weather and rain during our trip. The garden is tidy and expansive and redolent of rosemary; we enjoyed having meals at the large covered table on the front terrace and reading and relaxing on the outside chairs. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating of our arrival and departure times, and also met us with food and drinks even beyond essentials to help us have a great start to our vacation. It was very easy to feel right at home. I could list any number of other details, about the house and our hosts' hospitality, but suffice it to say that we had an excellent stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! We had a wonderful stay! The communication was smooth and friendly, check-in was very easy, and the apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. Perfect for a family with small children. The apartment was excellent – very comfortable and tastefully furnished. The host was extremely attentive and thoughtful. There were lovely surprises for us and even special treats for the children – a truly heartwarming gesture! We felt very welcome and would definitely recommend this place. We had a great time staying at the place. There was everything you needed. The kitchen had everything you could want. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was very clean. The accommodation has a beautiful view and is super located to visit many beaches in the area. In the morning you can see the sunrise and in the evening it is very quiet there. We will definitely be back!! Franco was always available and informed us about everything. Thank you!

We were absolutely delighted with the accommodation in La Caletta. A lovely little house with a terrace that has everything you need for a few lovely days in Sardinia. The team behind the house provided us with helpful information, took great care of us and was always quick to respond. We stayed here for almost two weeks and would have liked to stay longer. We will definitely come back again.

I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

Maria and Valentina are great hosts — very responsive and attentive. We arrived slightly earlier than the check-in time, and as soon as the apartment was cleaned, Maria kindly accommodated us for an early check-in, which is very very appreciated. The apartment was super clean, and the bed sheets smelled lovely :) The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, mostly surrounded by locals, which made it a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Parking was easy and convenient—perfect since I had a car. There’s a small market just a 5-minute walk away, and the Olbia city center is only a 5–7 minute drive. Maria also gave us great recommendations for beaches and a local Sardinian restaurant. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Sardinia, great hosts and would definitely come back!

Excellent and very well equipped apartment with a beautiful veranda and garden (private). Simona kindly showed us around and explained everything. Very well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed sleeps well. Beach, harbor and village within walking distance. Also other nice places close by. In short, an excellent place to have a pleasant stay!

Amazing place. This is a large flat in a large building. The rest of the building is unrenovated so we had the whole garden and the super large balcony to ourselves. Within very easy walking distance to lovely beach - which can be heard and glimpsed through the pine trees from the balcony. New aircon/heating in both bedrooms really helps. Lots of equipment in kitchen and for the beach available.
