Είναι ένα ανεξάρτητο μικρό σπίτι, πολύ κοντά στη θάλασσα (2 λεπτά με τα πόδια), μέσα σ’ έναν πανέμορφο κήπο, με πολλά δέντρα και λουλούδια, πραγματικό καταφύγιο από τον θόρυβο της πόλης και ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά σ’ αυτήν. Βρίσκεται στη Βαρειά, ένα καταπράσινο προάστιο της Μυτιλήνης, μόλις 3 Km από το κέντρο της πόλης, 2 Km από το αεροδρόμιο και πολύ κοντά στο Πανεπιστήμιο. Το σπίτι προορίζεται για φιλοξενία 2 ατόμων, υπάρχει όμως δυνατότητα και για τρίτο άτομο με μια μικρή επιβάρυνση.

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .
