The property is located close to the organised sandy beach with the crystal clear waters of Skala village. Just around the corner there are shops such as bakery, restaurants and cafes, sweet shops, pharmacy, doctor office, and so you can have access to everything you want. Rent a bicycle or scooter (license needed) to move around or use the local bus.

Διαθέτει δωμάτια με κλιματισμό, ψυγείο,Wi-Fi και τηλεόραση. Ορισμένα δωμάτια περιλαμβάνουν επίσης πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ενώ όλα διαθέτουν μπαλκόνι με θέα τη θάλασσα ή τον κήπο.

Στο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει διπλό κρεβάτι. Στον χώρο του καθιστικού υπάρχουν δύο καναπέδες. Ο ένας καναπές γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι, ενώ ο δεύτερος ανοίγει και μεταμορφώνεται σε ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι που φιλοξενεί άνετα δυο ενήλικες.
