Whole apartment in the heart of Aliki

The apartment has 3 rooms with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a balcony. The apartment is airy, sunny, covering about 65 sq m or 700 sq ft and is air-conditioned with two different air-conditioning units. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, an electric stove with 4 electric hotplates, a microwave oven as well as a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster. The visitor enjoys the sea, the entertainment places, while remaining close to the apartment itself to rest.

Joya Village House

Traditional Cycladic stone house in the village of Agkairia in the south of Paros. Located on a private plot of land offering privacy and plenty of space, 2 km from Alyki, 2.5 km from Faragas beach, 11 km from Parοikia and 22 km from Naousa. The bus that passes through the village does not run frequently and it only travels to and from the port of Paroikia. This means that a car or scooter is really necessary, so that you can reach all points of interest on the island easily and fast.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.
