Monthly Rentals in Agios Sozomenos

This accommodation is truly amazing for those who rent a car. Otherwise, the public transport is a completely mess and it's difficult to get to city center by bus. The house is very spacious, bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. There is also a lovely patio that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ms. Chara and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Had a business trip to Cyprus and stayed for a week. Location was very convenient , access to the highway was quite easy and without traffic. The house was exactly as shown on the pictures, very nicely decorated and relaxing like home. The communication with Yiannis was really efficient all instructions clear. Definitely recommended.

We stayed at the apartment for one week in March while visiting family in Nicosia. The apartment is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. it's modern, spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. Checking in and out is very easy. The host in very quick to respond to questions. The building has a lift so no worries about stairs. There are plenty of bars, eateries, shops including Lidl all within close proximity to the apartment. There is a dedicated parking space so no concerns about where to park. The main roads in and out of Nicosia are only a short distance. The national park is close by as is the university. We would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending the apartment to our friends and family. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable experience.
