The beach in front of the house is a public beach, free of charge and has umbrellas. Grocery store, butcher, greengrocer and bakery are within walking distance. The location of the house is in Salihleraltı, 15-20 minutes from the center of Dikili. You can go to the bays by boat, you can get to the beaches on the Bademli road in 30-40 minutes.

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).
