Our home is a very comfortable house located in a residential complex in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and cozy space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

Our apartment with a terrace is in the center of Ayvalık, a one-minute walk to the Macaron Neighborhood and a two-minute walk to the sea. It has a large, very pleasant terrace with a city view where you can experience the beauty of Ayvalık. Everything you'll need during your vacation has been thoughtfully designed and furnished with pleasure. It is a spacious, simple and pleasant place where six people can stay comfortably. This apartment, where you can stay comfortably in all seasons, has been carefully prepared to be your home in Ayvalık.

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

Guesthouse in the old town

Welcome to Eski Foça - the small stone house is located in the middle of the old town by the small harbor and impresses with its central location to the sea (150 m), cafes... The stone house (built in 1877) was planned and restored with a lot of love for detail. A double bed (160 cm), TV, air conditioning with virus filter and a private bathroom complete the room. We can also offer you boat trips and airport transfers for an extra charge. Please note that the garden is shared with me.

Απέχει 20 λεπτά από τη Μυτιλήνη και 20 λεπτά από το Πλωμάρι. Σε απόσταση λίγων μέτρων θα βρείτε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες ,αρτοποιείο ,παντοπωλείο , καφετέρια και σε 3 χμ. το Πέραμα .

Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.
