Spacious, clean, modern and nicely decorated house. Bigger than it looks in the pictures. It is quiet and private. The old city center is within walking distance, also the northern part. When we asked for a drying rack it was brought the same day. We had a very nice time here!

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Our host truly went above and beyond- not only did they help us navigate some local challenges with our dietary restrictions, but they also provided thoughtful extras for our young baby, which made a big difference. The location was ideal, with a large supermarket and several smaller ones nearby, making shopping super convenient. It’s also a 25 minute walk to the border. We especially loved the lemon tree in the garden- fresh lemons for homemade lemonade were such a treat! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine in the place too. Both bedrooms had air conditioning, which kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, the host was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful -we truly felt cared for. We recommend this place.

We stayed in this twin villa for one day and we were very pleased! The 🌅 terrace view is truly magnificent! It was great to watch the sea view from above. It was especially enjoyable to drink coffee on the balcony in the morning. 🛏️ the sheets were clean, everything was prepared in advance. 🧼 Towels, soap and everything needed was available. The 🌬️ air conditioning was working — this was very important in the hot climate. A delicious and satisfying breakfast awaited us🍳 in the morning, which was a really nice touch. It was very enjoyable to watch movies with home cinema in the🎬 evenings — the sound system was great. 🪞 The interior decoration was carefully thought out — small and interesting details (for example, a small skeleton figure) and icons added warmth and character to the house. 👤 The host was very kind, helpful and caring. He helped with the welcome, responded to our questions immediately, and made our stay very comfortable. I definitely recommend it to those looking for🌟 silence, peace and a beautiful atmosphere!

Brilliant. Wonderful house.Great location, quiet and safe. Restaurants, bars , tavernas and a small shop all local. Craft and art museum a few yards away. Close to the university. Ancient historical remains and old wall . Also very close to Green Line and 20th century UN history.All very interesting .We walked everywhere and got the local bus 2 euros 40 on one occasion.; people so helpful. Turkish zone at pedestrian Lidras crossing. Take your passport to get into this area . Loved it.

We had a great experience with this house. It is in the center of Bellapais, which is one of the best touristic locations in Cyprus. We were surrounded by beautiful and historic restaurants/stores. The house itself was very well equipped and pretty clean. I usually buy some cleaning equipments and clean the houses that I stay during vacations, but we did not feel any need like that in this house, everything was super clean and neat. Thanks to the nice pool in the garden and the AC in the house, we did not even feel the need of leaving the house. Internet connection worked pretty well. Cengiz was a very helpful host. He answered all of our questions very quickly. He provided even more information than required to help us in any time and in case of urgencies. He also had a great taste, the house was decorated with beautiful furnitures and nice touches. We again would like to thank for this great experience!

This accommodation is truly amazing for those who rent a car. Otherwise, the public transport is a completely mess and it's difficult to get to city center by bus. The house is very spacious, bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. There is also a lovely patio that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ms. Chara and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

John is super welcoming and helpful host. The place we stayed at exceeded our expectations. Will choose John again if we end up in Cyprus in the future.

This stay was perfect for our family! We so enjoyed staying at Christina’s place. Between the toys for our kids, the private nature of the unit, as well as the comfortable amenities, we would gladly recommend this place to anyone else looking to book in greater Nicosia! An added plus is the fact that she does not use any harsh chemicals when cleaning the house.

Super happy with my stay with Suna. Suna is a very nice and helpful lady. She is the best host I have known, she goes a long way to help and makes you feel like you are in your own home. Suna is a solution internal lady and does much more than you would expect from a host. She responded quickly to all of our inquiries. Suna helped me with personal challenges I had due to treatment at the hospital, and even though it's not her job as a host, she went a long way to help me. The place was just as described. It is clean and nice here. The home smelled great and everything was very clean. Suna has high standards for her accommodation. The garden is lovely with lots of good fruit. Suna gave us freshly squeezed juice several times during our stay, both me and the kids really appreciated it. When we arrived at the place, she had already left us a lot of goodies. Boats, drinks, snacks and toys. I will for sure come back here if I'm going to Cyprus again, no doubt. Thanks Suna

We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in Nicosia. It must be one of my favorite Airbnb experiences. The apartment is beautiful and serene. Every detail is cared for, and staying there is a true pleasure. The place looks good in the pictures and even better in real life. Our host, Christina, was very helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome and cared for. Look no further. This is the place to be in Nicosia. It is located in the historic and charming old town but yet so close to the new town, surrounded by many good cafes and restaurants. We hope to come back one day.

George was a perfect host and it was easy to communicate with him: highly recommended. Spacious and bright apartment, located in a quiet area and convenient for reaching the center by car. There were six of us, we stayed only one night and it was nice to dine at home even though we found only five dishes and a pot too small for six people.

The apartment was clean, functional and exactly what we needed for our stay in Nicosia. The location in Engomi was also perfect in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

Cute and comfortable apartment and I liked that it was right next to some nice walking paths. The traffic noise is quite loud so you may need earplugs to sleep.

Quiet studio close to the old city, surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I did not have the chance to meet Yiorghos personally, since he was abroad, but we had excellent telephone communication before, during and after the stay (his family is also always there to support). Everything run smooth, the small and clean studio had all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. Thank you, Yiorghos!!
