Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Agios Dometios

Christina’s house was just perfect for our extended stay in South Nicosua. It’s on one level, very spacious, traditional style with a modern twist, great location (as well as our 6 year old daughter we had our : 3 month old son in a pram and needed to get around on foot easily as well as in the car), gated property which felt very secure and private with sun terraces to sit and relax on. Coffee shop, sushi bar and great car hire place literally at the bottom of the road. There was everything in the house we needed for a stay and Christina and Loukia we quick to help with any recommendations etc. Really it ticked all the boxes for our particular stay and was so much better than being in an apartment! Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

This is a fabulous house, roomy, airy and perfect for a stay in Nicosia. We needed to be close to local government buildings and it’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Loads of shops, restaurants nearby, we hired a car but you don’t need one as it’s opposite the bus terminal. The garden is lovely, the smell of the orange blossom on the trees was simply amazing. We also enjoyed the lemons and oranges off the trees. Huseyin was a great host, attended to our every need very quickly. My father is elderly and I asked for some non slip mats which promptly arrived the next day. The house has many things left over from previous guests like cling film, foil, teas, coffees etc.

Staying at Anton's place was truly a memorable experience. I will always think of North Cyprus as a magical place due to the kindness and generosity of Anton and his family. Anton is a kind and caring individual who will go out of his way to please and help. His local suggestions were top-notch, and his breakfasts were simply delicious and abundant. If he offers to organise a picnic for you, please say as it was a wonderful experience. I will not hesitate to return and always recommend his place to my friends and family. If you are considering travelling to North Cyprus, please do so and visit Anton's place. It is an easy drive from South Cyprus, border controls are swift, and if you need insurance for your rental car, the kiosks are at the border and cheap and easy to purchase. Thank you, Anton, for making our visit so wonderful.

This accommodation is truly amazing for those who rent a car. Otherwise, the public transport is a completely mess and it's difficult to get to city center by bus. The house is very spacious, bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities. There is also a lovely patio that we enjoyed very much. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Ms. Chara and her husband were very friendly and helpful.

Cengiz Bey’e ailecek teşekkürlerimi sunarak başlamak istiyorum. Son derece ilgili, bir sorunda/ soruda hemen cevap veren, çözüm bulmaya çalışan bir ev sahibi. Eve ilk girdiğimizde temizlik personelinden kaynaklı temizlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık. Cengiz Bey son derece ilgili bir şekilde tekrar temizletmek için uğraştı gelen temizlik personelleri daha sonra temizleyeceklerini söylediler ve gelmediler. Cengiz bey hemen temizlik ücretimizi iade etti. Bizim için önemli olan da ilgisiydi zaten eksiklikler her zaman olur ama önemli olan eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çabalamasıydı. Ev son derece güzel eski bir taş ev resmen bizi geçmişe götürdü evin dekoru, bahçesi, odaları, balkonları… merkeze, denize uzak değil. İşlerimizi rahatlıkla hallederken huzurlu bir tatil imkanı sağladı bize. Kesinlikle Cengiz Bey’ in evinizi tutmanızı tavsiye ederim çünkü herhangi bir sorunda direkt olarak muhattap buluyorsunuz ve sanki sizin yanınızdaymış gibi çözüm bulmaya çalışıyor. Çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌸

Amazing place to stay, one of the best I have stayed in Cyprus. Very clean, cozy, quiet , with all the amenities someone needs away from home. Christina is very friendly and communicative and was always there to answer if I needed anything. Definitely 5-star stay.

George è stato un host perfetto ed è stato facile comunicare con lui: consigliatissimo. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, posto in una zona tranquilla e comoda per raggiungere il centro in auto. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ed è stato piacevole cenare in casa anche se abbiamo trovato soltanto cinque piatti e una pentola troppo piccola per sei persone.

Schöne, große und saubere Unterkunft, etwa 20 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt von Nicosia entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Tandy war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Ein kleiner Laden ist direkt um die Ecke.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist besonders charmant, so dass man sich wie zu Hause fühlt! Es gibt Bücher, Bilder an der Wand und ein Klavier! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist großartig: Katerina hat an alles gedacht, was man braucht. Und es gibt gleich zwei Balkone mit Weitblick über die Stadt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt hinter dem Haus, Katerina hatte uns eine gut verständliche Anweisung geschickt, wie wir das River House und den Parkplatz finden konnten. Katerina hat una auch viele Tipps geschickt, z.B. für Restaurants. Bis zur Altstadt sind es zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten, man kann direkt am Fluss dorthin spazieren. Der einzige Nachteil dieser Wohnung ist der Verkehrslärm: das River House liegt an der Kreuzug zweier großer und stark befahrener Straßen, so dass man neben den Geräuschen des rollenden Verkehrs auch die Geräusche der anfahrenden Fahrzeuge an der Ampel hört.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in beautiful Cyprus—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, from hot water and working appliances to a fancy kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious balcony. What made it even more special was Elias, our amazing host—attentive, kind, and always available, even recommending a fantastic local cleaning service that was well worth it. A modem, cozy, and seamless experience I’d happily repeat—highly recommended!

A minimal but well equiped apartment. Michail was responsive and helpful. Quite neighborhood with a 24/7 bakery closeby as well as a supermarket, mini market and post.

nous avons passé un très bon sejour chez Nephistos. Le centre de Nicosie est facilement accessible à pied et les bus au centre permettent de vous rendre sur les plages... Logement très propre, lit confortable et hôte agréable/reactif. je recommande

Äußerts saubere, sehr gepflegte und neuwertige Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Nicosia. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkplätze in der Nähe. Polyvios ist ein sehr kommunikativer, herzlicher und verlässlicher Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles! In derselben Straße befinden sich zwei Restaurants/Bars.

Danke für die tolle Unterkunft und die Möglichkeit früher einzuchecken. Wir waren von dem Ausblick und der Dachterasse sehr begeistert. In der Wohnung war alles zu finden was wir benötigen. Wir waren ohne Auto dort und konnten auch zu Fuß Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichen und wunderbar in den Bergen wandern.

Πολύ καθαρό και όμορφο στούντιο , ανταποκρινόταν στην περιγραφή του πλήρως . Κεντρικό αλλά και πολύ ήσυχο , είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται στη διαμονή του ένας επισκέπτης για να αισθανθεί όμορφα και φιλικά σε μια ξένη πόλη. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρι . Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουμε σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στην όμορφη Λευκωσία.

Awesome place to stay! I stayed a month and still was awed by the view every morning! Very roomy, yet cozy with wood stove. Netflix , YouTube & WiFi never failed! Very secure building ( locked at night) & a double bolt door to the flat. Quiet building & clean & quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Flat was immaculately clean, has rainfall shower, and bed was extremely comfortable. Nice little balcony too. And the huge dressing room/closet is every woman’s dream! Vas was very responsive to requests, friendly, & checked in via text often to see if I needed anything which I really appreciated. On top of all the above was the live-in host- Mr. Hero 🐈‍⬛- the sweetest, cuddliest cat ever! He has a great personality! He definitely adds the sense of home. Nothing better than having him meet u at the door with purrs after a day of sightseeing and then cuddling up for a good nights sleep. I hope to return to Cyprus & definitely would like to stay at Mr Hero’s , oops I mean Vas’ , flat again

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 week stay at Alexis airbnb in Nicosia. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Alexis was incredibly hospitable, providing detailed information about the property and the local area, and was always available to assist with any questions or needs. The location of the apartment was perfect. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, it offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet it was still conveniently close to all the major attractions and amenities. Overall, our stay at Alexis apartment exceeded our expectations. The combination of a fantastic host, a comfortable and well appointed apartment, and an excellent location made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a delightful and hassle free stay in Nicosia. We can’t wait to return!!

El departamento de Marina es muy amplio, agradable y limpio. Tiene todo lo que se requiere para pasar una buena estadía. Las sugerencias que nos dejaron de restaurantes y café fueron muy buenas. Tuvimos algunas dificultades con el aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones, pero ellas estuvieron atentas intentando ayudarnos. Si bien el departamento no es tan céntrico, puedes llegar al centro en unos 25 min a pie. Si se alojan aquí les recomiendo la panadería de la esquina que tiene variadas cosas ricas para comer.

Está muy bien situada. Tienes varios restaurantes y cafeterías muy cerca. No está lejos de la zona centro. Se puede ir a pie dando un buen paseo. La calle es tranquila. Y Stella siempre estuvo atenta.
