Vacation rentals with beach access in Agios Dimitrios

I stayed for two days over the weekend and I enjoy it a lot. it was very clean and comfortable. Eleni is very friendly and helpful. I will be happy to stay there again in the future.

Place is great. Not too far from the downtown area. Maybe 15-25 minutes by cab if depending on traffic. The beach is walking distance away and there some some restaurants and shops in the area too. Everything was perfect and the host was very accommodating to our check in and check out times.

Our stay with Kostas was very pleasant. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Kostas greeted us warmly. The apartment has a comfortable bed and a fold-out sofa. The beach is nearby. The holiday is comfortable. Quiet. It is nice to have breakfast on the balcony. I highly recommend this host.

Zalig verblijf om Athene te verkennen. Met de tram en metro vlakbij was het heel gemakkelijk om te pendelen tussen de alle delen van de stad. Het appartement is met goede smaak ingericht (ik hou van de Vintage stijl). Daar het de achterkant is van het gebouw heb je geen last van de Tram die in de straat passeert. Het was er erg rustig. Zeker aan te bevelen!

Really enjoyed my stay here, I have been to Athens several times and was wanting to be a little ways away from the city center. The house was a quick walk from the beach, grocery store, coffee and pharmacy were all close. House was very comfortable and clean.

A huge thank you to Donya for an amazing stay. Donya was very helpful, very friendly, great communication and an overall amazing host. An even bigger thank you to Donya for also driving us to the airport under exceptional circumstances when a taxi strike was announced. The apartment was exactly as advertised and extremely clean and tidy. Very well decorated inside and had all amenities listed. Fantastic stay, great location close to the beach and would definitely use the property again. Thank you so much.

We got confused locating the lock box: it was in the picture, but the description said 'on the side of the building'. Cannot really blame the host. Anyway, the call was answered and the issue resolved. The apartment is small, - as described, - clean and well supplied. The location is great for the area. The restaurant 'Eden' across the street has a great sea view and the food is good. It will probably cost more in the summer

Anna was a very accommodating host and we enjoyed our stay in Porto Rafti. The view from the balcony is exactly what the pictures looked like and the home is exactly as described. The walk to the restaurants along the water is very easy and short and it was a great place to stay for a few days while visiting Porto Rafti. Anna provided a packet that had all the information you needed for a great stay. The only suggestion is that if you are staying for a few days and you don't have a car, you might want to stop at a grocery store on the way to pick up drinks/snacks as there is not a grocery store that is super close.

Ολα εξαιρετικά, το διαμέρισμα πολύ όμορφο και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άψογη.

We had a really great stay! The host was super friendly and made our stay worthwhile. She even offered us a shuttle to the port. Other than that the Airbnb was clean and as described. The port is about 20 min walking distance with shops and restaurants. we only stayed for one night but will definitely come back!

To był niesamowity pobyt. Timos jest jednym z najlepszych gospodarzy u jakich miałem szansę nocować. Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Wzorowy kontakt, mieszkanie było idealnie czyste, masa pięknych i funkcjonalnych dodatków ( jak np kapcie hotelowe, czy kosmetyki pod prysznic). Kilka minut spaceru do promenady, plaży i lokalnych (pysznych) restauracji. Zostaliśmy przywitani jak rodzina a nie jak klienci i tak czuliśmy się przez cały pobyt :) Bardzo polecam!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Chris. Le logement est bien situé et bien aménagé. La terrasse et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Chris a été disponible et réactif a nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had an amazing stay enjoying the beautiful roof terrace, local market, restaurants and harbour beach. Panayotis and his family was very kind and helpful, we would love to come back.

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

idéalement placé, à 1 minute de la plage et de bars et restaurants, la petite maison est tout de même au calme. L'équipement est complet, belle deco, une grande terrasse.... on a regretté de n'y rester qu'une nuit. Mike est super réactif.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Thanos Haus und dem tollen Garten verbracht! Der Ausblick ist grandios. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen

The place was clean and Panos was very responsive with clear instructions on how to access the place. It was perfect for our one night stay in Athens, and its even better in person than the photos. Air-conditioning and an elevator were a plus as well. You are in the middle of a city so bring earplugs and an eye mask if you like it dark at night (blackout curtains only go halfway on the windows), but overall this is a great Airbnb for Athens.

A perfectly located apartment just a few minutes from a nice beach. Also close to 2 big supermarkets, restaurant, bakery and tram stop so very convenient! Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Hui was very helpful with everything and responded quickly. We even got to drop our bags at the apartment since we arrived early. Recommended!

Le logement de Dionysis nous a émerveillés ! Tout était impeccable, magnifique et magique. Pleins de petites notes et de petites attentions à notre égard qui ont été plus qu'appréciées. Si vous cherchez un lieux calme où vous reposer, mais à proximité de tout et du centre, cet appartement est l'entre deux parfait. Encore merci pour tout !

Great place to stay to combine a visit of the sights of Athens with pleasant beach and promenade walks. Despite it being densely populated with heavy traffic, the apartment was quiet, spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The walks along the waterfront (promenade and beach) were enjoyable! Alexandria did a wonderful job greeting us and explaining everything about the property! Thank you Tony, Syefanie and Alexandria!

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο το ένιωθες σαν το σπίτι σου και τα είχες όλα. Υπάρχει ακριβώς δίπλα μαγαζί για καφέ και πρωινό καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειαστεί κανείς για να μαγειρέψει. το μέρος είναι κοντά σε όλα μαγαζια, εστιατόρια,club 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. γενικά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα
