Very good stay and very friendly host.

I loved staying here! The space is calm, cosy and full of natural light. The views are spectacular with the sunset in the distance, with the beaches close by. The host is friendly and kind and very communicative.

We only spent a short night but Mike was very responsive when we had trouble finding the location. Great place just above the sea with the possibility of swimming 2 minutes away. Magical! Only small downside it was quite hot inside, and the adult room does not have a large bed but 2 twin beds, with bedding limited enough for a slightly fragile back. We found fresh water bottles and beers on arrival, so nice! Thanks Mike! great address, we would have stayed!!

The apartment is beautifully renovated with its modern, welcoming interior. Every need was provided. Located at the back of the building facing an internal courtyard created calm and privacy at all times. Yet, well walk out onto the street all need from supermarket, cafes, restaurants, cinema, and the beautiful port of Pireaus Pasalima directly in front. I like walking and although Athens is not a walking city, this area is. The hosts were all brilliant communicators and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here for a week. I can't recommend more highly.

Excellent experience for someone seeking calm, quiet and beauty all at the same! The views are spectacular! The bedroom had all the comforts we could need. We felt right at home in the kitchen which was set up just like ours at home. Because it was the winter season there were very few people anywhere. I felt like we had complete privacy. Danai was extremely responsive with information before we came. And we were very grateful that she was able to be flexible with the hours, allowing us to check-in a bit early after a long flight to Greece. Roi was so welcoming as she opened the house and showed us around the property. We are thankful to both of you, and also thankful for the delicious lemon we picked from the garden. This is the second time we have been hosted in this heavenly home and we hope to return again. All three bedrooms are extremely quiet and bright and the living room is peaceful and nicely decorated. But nothing beats the large terrace and its breathtaking view, every morning anew. We did not rent a car and went to the beach every day on foot (2 minutes to Askéli beach down a large flight of steps), 5 minutes to Kavali, 15 minutes to Neorio). Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk and walking along the sea and the harbor to get there is delightful. There is a good bakery and a busy supermarket 7-8 minutes from the house. We thank Zia and Michalis again for their kindness and availability!

We had a fabulous brief stay and this beautiful home. Immaculately clean. Fabulous surroundings and views. Antonio was very responsive to any queries we had. Plenty of great places to walk to and beaches. Kazba at the bottom of the road is amazing for breakfast lunch evening meal or just a drink. Friendly and reasonable prices. Loved the cats at the house and the jacuzzi. Didn’t use the pool, only a brief stay. The top terrace was amazing to watch the sun rise ( if you get up early). Thank you 🙏

It was lovely! The host was accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. He sent us a ton of local recommendations that helped us find our way around. The apartment was very well equipped! There was a paddle and snorkeling equipment, a yoga mat, and many more accessories that show special attention to the needs of those who are coming. The surroundings are stunning and the house is really *on* the sea, the closest I've ever seen! There is one thing to know- because the house is charming and beautiful and ancient it is built in an old fashioned way. Therefore, the sleeping floor is completely separate from the living room and kitchen floor, and the toilet and shower are just outside the house - meaning you have to pass through the courtyard every time. Even when we turned on the water heater was relatively lukewarm. It didn't bother us and it even had its charm - but that needs to be taken into consideration.

Very nice and clean rooms, We had a party , she provided us extra pots and dishes and allowed us to use the yard with out extra charges , arranged for our transportations, When we were leaving the facility and checking out, there was no taxi available at that time , she took us by her Owen car and did not accept any fee for that The rooftop area at a moonlight night was amazing for me and my wife. Really enjoyed our stay

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

We had a fantastic stay. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and really well equipped apartment. We had a warm welcome and appreciated the welcome package of food and drink to start our holiday. We loved the location, short drive to the airport, Athens and also walking distance to some great restaurants, bakery and bars.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

There was plenty of space and things to do and a great view! The apartment was clean, but the high location of the place requires bragging, but it wasn't impossible. I recommend this place for an athletic party if you want to explore their surroundings and take trips on vacation, but especially for a group that values peace and privacy, and longs for a relaxed vacation together. :-)

Ideal accommodation to spend a few days of rest, without a car, away from the noise and bustle of cities with organized beaches. Asimaki beach was perfect, quiet and clean, the nearby bakery allowed us to have excellent breakfasts and the restaurant open during our stay a little off-season was very friendly. Kassy's house is very well arranged, pleasant and stripped down, we took advantage of the two terraces depending on the time of day and appreciated the quality of the Wi-Fi. In short, we'll note the address for next time!

The location of the accommodation is privileged, overlooking the sea with an unobstructed view, very quiet and relaxing, optimal sunshine. The area is interesting and authentic with beautiful natural sites and pretty surrounding villages. The hosts are welcoming and have managed to offer very cozy and comfortable accommodation with beautiful quality supplies.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. A stones through from the beach, spacious, clean and fully functional. We created lots of memories playing Fuseball, sitting outside on the porch in the evenings and just relaxing. Thanks to Christo for being such a great host. We hope to come back again and visit!

We had a warm welcome from Michals mother. The house in terms of locations was exactly what we were looking for. Sorounded with beautiful looks over the mediterrianean sea and no trouble from a city like feeling. Many comfy places to chill and relax and a private entrance to the coastline.

We stayed at Paulo's little apartment for two nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The space is compact but clean and very usable. It had a comfortable bed and pull out couch, a small kitchen (in which we successfully prepared two meals) and a clean bathroom that had a good, hot shower. The absolute highlight of this listing is the private beach, which is everything you might imagine. Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The water was wonderful and calm for a swim. All in all I highly recommend this place for a break. We will certainly look to return soon.

It was a wonderful stay in the apartment right at the shores. The apartment was exactly as described. For us it was perfect as a family with two kids. Direct access to the shallow waterfront, hardly any traffic in front of the premises, closed area , and very close to a lovely small marina with cafes and restaurants. We just loved staying here.

Pretty little house, especially very well located, "feet in the sea" 🏖️🌊🐠 very very quiet in November. Athina is a really friendly host!
