Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

My partner and I loved our stay here. It’s a away from the hustle and bustle of Agnostoli but only a 10 minute drive with plenty of surrounding towns with amazing authentic restaurants. The furthest points of the island are still only an hour drive from this location. The guest space is completely private, spotless and has plenty of space. Christos gave us amazing recommendations and even wrote us our an itinerary for each day which was perfect! Not only did he give us recommendations for Kefalonia but for the rest of our Greece trip. Him and his wife are amazing hosts and we will definitely stay again when we return to Kefalonia!

Great location, away from the noise, to the port and the bus stop to the airport 10 minutes, there is a place for swimming nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linen,the kitchen has a minimum necessary for cooking. Hosts are available to help with tips. The price matches the quality. Recommended.

Great stay!.Clean space with helpful host. In a very good spot on the island to be able to go all around. Very close to the beautiful beach of Myrtos and the top attraction Cave of Melissani, and many beautiful locations of the area we highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: great view, great shower, comfy beds and an excellent location for buses, bars and eats, whilst being quiet and peaceful. A HUGE plus was Logos pool bar being a very short walk away; like having your own pool! No charge to use ( apart from buying a drink) and no loud music or crowds- a total gem! plus a change of towels and sheets every few days was really appreciated

A lovely apartment overlooking the main street and the beach. Lots of little touches made the space feel more comfortable than most short stay apartments such as multiple adapters on power points, coffee machine with pods, some welcome drinks in the refrigerator and a mini library. Henriette made us very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were there at the end of the season but still a few restaurants, cafes and shops open within a few steps from the home. A particularly good bakery is just around the corner. You couldn't ask for a nicer place from which to explore Poros and surrounds.

Neofitos was very helpful and fast in responding. We got also some fruits and delicious greece food from him and his mother. The view from the appartment is great. You see some nice hills, the sea and the mountain.

A homely apartment with healing and beautiful garden. Responding and accommodating owner. The facilities worked very well, we especially liked the screen doors/windows to let in fresh air without mosquitoes. A supermarket nearby. The area is a bit hilly, but the city center is close within walking distance.

We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

Incredible stay and Stefanos was an incredible host. We will miss Ricky and Rickshaw (the dog and cat), the beautiful views, the hammock, and the delicious homemade olive oil. We hope to visit again!

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

The house was clean with a great view! Its location was excellent as it is located on the quieter side of the bay, with all the necessary shops at a distance of 2 min!

We loved our week at Emmanouella's. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The fruit trees and small garden delighted us. The view was beautiful and our baby loved playing with the many toys on site. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We spent two months in Greece and it's really one of our favorite houses. We felt at home there.

We had a great time with Stavros and Sofia. The place is beautiful. The views over the sea on the terrasse are stunning. It felt very private, nontheless Stavros was always close for any requests (for example, providing an umbrella for the beach). The apartment was very adequate and we spent great 9 nights here. There are great beaches nearby (although you need a car), and its a good base to explore the island. An absolute gem and we would fully recommend it to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Αγγελική's place in Sami! The accommodation was small but cozy and very clean, perfect for our needs. Sami is a lovely town with a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Αγγελική was a very attentive and friendly host, always ready to help. We highly recommend staying here!

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home.
