The house is really nicely located and prepared with a lot of love. The photos don't really do justice to the place. The apartment was perfect for the two of us in terms of size and furnishings, including the dog, who also felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave. I can't even list the many small special features here, it's best to discover them yourself.

Our first time heating with a pellet stove worked great after the familiarization phase. We found the apartment very tasteful and nicely furnished. We felt comfortable and will be happy to come back another time.

Wauwww wauwww wauwww It felt like coming home. Never before have we went back to the same location for a vacation, but last year we liked it so much. The same thing this year. Next year we want to come back. What peace and space in all simplicity and yet lacks nothing in the house! Perfect match for us and our dogs. The contact with Anita is perfect before, during and after our vacation, she is almost immediately ready to answer our questions. The cottage is incredibly clean and tidy. A gem in the mountains.

The location was very quiet and the surroundings wonderful. There are some animals on site and nearby which is very nice. The place was very clean and the check-out information was very detailed. The only thing that was tedious was the communication in advance regarding check-in. We received information for the local arrival to find the place, but none for the check-in and shortly before the arrival also no answer to a request.

A nice, secluded cottage with plenty of space. Heating is mainly provided by the very pleasant tiled stove. Unfortunately, we could only use the garden with the outdoor loungers a little in April, but it looked very inviting. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay in Graz. There was lots to do in the area, and the location is quite close and easy to walk to and from the train station. Plus, the host is timely with their promised response time if a concern arises, i.e. check-in, amenities, local tourist spots, restaurants & convenience stores.

The stay was really fantastic! Just like we imagined. Stefan greeted us personally upon arrival, explained the whole place to us and gave tips for the region. He was very accommodating and the hospitality was great! The stay could not be nicer, full relaxation in the hot tub, on the sun loungers or in the lovingly furnished chalet. What we particularly liked is how secluded the place is. In the immediate vicinity there are no houses, so perfect for a relaxing and restful weekend! We will be happy to come back!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is, hands down, one of the most gorgeous, peaceful and uncommon places we have ever stayed. Astrid & Andreas anticipated every possible need, and treated us like friends. We used the sauna, hot and cool tubs every day, and loved grilling on Easter. The fisherie was an amazing bonus, the delivered breakfast delicious, we loved walking along the grounds and the Easter fire was one of the coolest things we’ve ever gotten to do. We are already planning our next visit!

David is an ideal host, attentive to the arrival and offering all the necessary help. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. And the equipment is all new and quality appliances. It really has been a rewarding stay. Just to say that it will be even better when the access staircase is finished. We really enjoyed our 5 day stay in Andrés garden apartment. Communication with Andrés was straightforward and he always replied promptly. The place is very easy to find, has self check-in and ample off street parking. The apartment was clutter-free, spotlessly clean and toasty warm on arrival. It was our first visit to Aflenz and we loved the charm of the village and the rugged beauty of the surrounding mountains. Although there was not much snow this year we managed a short skitour by taking the chairlift up to the Aflenz Bergalm and then skinned up to Schönleitenhaus. We also had an enjoyable day skiing at Brunnalm and the nearby Turnau skifield (which probably had the best snow). Overall we are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrés place and would highly recommend it to others. We hope to be able to return later in the summer and explore a bit more of the beautiful Hochschwab region!

We stayed for several weeks at Alexander's place and we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to come again. We travel a lot and see a lot of places and this one is definitely on our favorite list. The house is very cozy and has all you will need. Sitting in the "Winter garden" with a warm tea and the fireplace in your back, looking into the woods on the mountain is really relaxing. The garden is amazing and huge, our dogs loved to play there and also could take a bath in the stream next to the plot (with private entrance directly from the garden!). The Rax area is also very nice, especially if you like nature and hiking. We loved it and can fully recommend the place and also Alexander and Anna as host, which were very friendly and helpful!

It was really nice with Kristl and her family! The cottage is beautiful and has everything you need. We didn't quite understand from the pictures and descriptions that you are really right next to the apartment building, we personally would have liked more seclusion.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. We had a lovely stay at Roland's place. The house is cozy and clean, the very well equipped kitchen was also great. The location is quiet, with the on-call bus you are mobile (easy to order with the Postbus shuttle app). Roland is very friendly and warm!

Alfons and his family are wonderful and very likeable hosts. The accommodation is uniquely maintained and beautiful; there was everything your heart desired. A wonderful terrace and a balcony with great distant views rounded it all off. In a secluded location. The special highlight is the adjacent deer enclosure. In the middle of the countryside with wonderful scenery, but still only a few minutes drive from downtown Graz. If we go back to Graz, we will definitely come back, thank you very much.

For me, it was really great. Landlord was friendly, helpful. Apartment is clean and cozy. Although not very modern, but as indicated on Foros. I can really recommend it.

We were in Graz for a family celebration over Easter. Had our little dog with us. The apartment is perfect for two people (even with a dog):) Everything you needed was there. Quiet location. We had our bikes with us and were so very flexible and very grateful that we could use the parking space for our car at the house! We would definitely recommend the apartment. Even without a bike, you are well connected on foot or publicly. It was a wonderful weekend. Glad to come back! Thanks Bernhard
