Both Nikos and Maria incredibly helpful !! Easy access and the wagon in an incredible spot for relaxation and with a large pet garden! They also sent us a map of things to do in the area! We had a great time! Thank you so much for everything!

A surreal place, quiet and beautiful

We stayed two families of four. We didn't miss a tpt. Everything was impeccable. Perfect home very close to the ski resort. Mr. Dimitris is very kind and willing to help us. Everything was great.!

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and within walking distance from the center. It's close to the main road, but it's not disruptive. Parking was no problem. Ilche is very accommodating and has helped us with our car issues, for which we thank him. If you're missing something or need help, don't hesitate to ask for it.

Summary: Superb experience! Maria's place is wonderful, situated in the centre of Agios Germanos, a lovely mountain village nestled above the Prespa Lakes. The property is located next to a little stream and one minute walk to the local Taverna. Maria and Thanos are perfect hosts, we couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. Once you walk through the gate into their courtyard, you find yourself in a quiet little oasis with a panoramic view on the surrounding mountains. The accommodation was lovely, a main apartment split onto two levels, spotlessly clean with everything you need plus some welcome gifts. Other breakout spaces on the property were also available to use, e.g. an outdoor kitchen and dining area and lounge room supplied with drinks. We had breakfast on the lawn every day and Maria makes delicious local savoury pies and cakes. They also have an organic vegetable garden behind the main property where they grow just about anything you can think of. We were invited to fill a basket with aubergine, spring onion, courgettes, beans, potatoes, beetroot, cucumber, tomatoes ... The Prespa Lakes area is a paradise for nature lovers. Bird watching, hiking, boat tours on the Great Prespa Lake, or just a picnic next to one of the little streams. All this in a spectacular landscape of a tranquility that has become so rare in our days... And the nights are fresh, even in the hot Greek summer, so good sleep is guaranteed! If you want to reset and reconnect with nature, this is the place to be.

Extremely well cared for and equipped apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. Our stay was unpredictable and the communication with Mrs. Love was excellent. If we go back to Florina we will prefer it again.

Very beautiful accommodation, in a central area of the city with equally beautiful views from the balcony but also absolute quiet. Indoor and outdoor spaces are all very comfortable and definitely better than the listing photos. Absolute cleanliness and full equipment of the apartment. Hosts are friendly and communicative, they both help with providing helpful information and accommodating any request about the services provided. Disposable accessibility and parking in front of the home, and there are all amenities and necessities nearby. Excellent value for money and highly recommended.
