Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Aeschi bei Spiez

We had a great week of family skiing at Marc's cottage. The location is great with its unobstructed view in the heart of Grimentz and walking distance to the ski lifts. The cottage is very comfortable and very pleasant, it corresponds to the description. Marc welcomed us himself, which we particularly appreciated. We recommend this cottage and thank Marc for hosting us.

The place is exactly as described and depicted. It has everything. We (10 adults plus few kids) had a perfect ski week! The funiculaire is a cheat! Provided that you can ski a red slope, otherwise (for the kid's lessons for instance we had to walk or take the bus to the main télécabine a few hundred meters further down). The jacuzzi was a beautiful addition after a tiring day in the snow. Only things to note, the salon could have been bigger but most importantly, the small road that led to the few neighbouring chalets (including this one) could have been salted to avoid the ice! Other than that, the village is very small and friendly, has nice slopes to play and one can access Verbier very easily for more... Overall, we do recommend it and we would definitely go back.

The chalet is new, beautifully decorated and styled, equipped with every comfort and richly equipped with equipment and stuff. Very luxurious chalet, within walking distance of the elevator with an extremely friendly and hospitable owner with whom it is very pleasant to communicate with. Can recommend the house to anyone who wants to go on vacation with a larger group but is looking for luxury, comfort and privacy.

Super cottage with everything you need inside, host available if needed and responsive. The views are beautiful. I'll gladly recommend the place and come back as soon as possible.

The host Pierre welcomed us warmly, had already preheated the house nicely, gave us good excursion tips, took the time to explain everything to us and even had a welcome gift for us, very sweet and recommended. Great location for skiing. Nice chalet very well equipped. Very friendly host. You need to be in shape to get to the chalet (on foot).

Great house for a family stay! We spent our skiing trip with 4 families here and had everything we needed. The house has all the equipment you could think of and feels like new. The actual place is better than the photos suggest, with rain showers for all rooms (except one, but that one has a bath). Amazing balcony with incredible view and plenty of parking space nearby. Distance from skiing lift is walkable without skiing gear (like 12 minute downhill or a little more uphill). With skiing equipment there’s 2 bus stops within 3 minutes walking so location is excellent. All in all highly recommended!

Martine was a welcoming host. She was able to be discreet but available when needed, which can be convenient. Her house is very spacious and typical mountain atmosphere😍. There are plenty of walks nearby and we were even able to try the restaurant La Ferme des Trois Ours just next to the cottage which was a treat. I would recommend Martine's place without a second thought. We had a pleasant stay. The dogs also loved it! We'll be back without a problem. ☺️

Quietly located apartment, well equipped, we didn't miss anything in the kitchen either, nice landlady, good communication, super nice view from the Jacuzzi on the terrace, can always be used. We would always come back!

Outstanding! Kenzie is a phenomenal host, the house is spectacular, and the view can’t be beat. We are a family of five and had a wonderful time visiting Grindelwald and the entire Jungfrau region. We did not rent a car as we bought the jungfrau travel pass to ride buses, gondolas, and trains all over the area. Would highly recommend (easy to figure out and very convenient). From the bus it is about a 10 minute walk up the hill to the house but we enjoyed it. The house is of exceptionally high quality throughout with high attention to detail. It was even better than what we expected. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at Catherine's apartment in Verbier, and it was great for our group of six. The location is unbeatable. The apartment is cozy and practical. The layout is ideal for families or groups who don't mind sleeping in the same room, as there's only two. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy. We appreciated the included amenities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels, which made our stay even more convenient. What really stood out was the value for money. Given the quality of the apartment and its prime location, it felt like a fantastic deal. We will definitely be returning.

Superb apartment, well arranged, pleasantly decorated, premium amenities (indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, barbecue, appliances, TV, wifi, dishes, linens, garage, ski room, etc.). Host available and discreet at the same time. Village center within walking distance, magnificent view. The perfect vacation rental.

A lovely chalet in a lovely setting!

Great stay! Beautiful and well-appointed cottage! Lots of games for the kids, it was really convenient. The beds were very good. Cottage next to the slopes, a big plus. In addition, Gilles was super accommodating and very attentive! We'll be happy to go back!

The cottage is really adorable and Sarah is a great host. The staircase to the pointed gable is not for children and disabled people. The Swedish stove in the living room is great. The kitchen utensils are a bit outdated but are available for 2 people.

It was a dreamlike experience - truly a place I could only dream about. Absolutely private, silent, and secluded - we spent New Year's Eve there and didn’t see a single person around. The views, the silence, the mountains - everything was perfect. The hosts, Joe and Kya, were amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and responsive. They even helped carry our belongings up the mountain before check-in and back to the car on the morning of January 1st (!). Such kind people! I cannot fail to mention the heartwarming welcome pack with food, sweets, wine, and even treats for our dog, which made us feel so welcome. Even though we visited early in the season, we had so much fun sledding, hiking (with our dog everywhere), relaxing in the cozy house, and enjoying the sauna - followed by jumping into the snow afterward. So you have a lot to do :) Highly recommend it to anyone looking to escape the hustle and truly enjoy the mountains!

The Airbnb was great, good location (only 3 minutes by car to the gondola), great for ski holidays. Plenty of space and great views of the mountains. The hostess was super nice and accommodating, she showed us around and was always available. It was a very nice short vacation!

The Stadel in Engersch is beautiful. The location is great and also very easy to reach by public transport (about 15 minutes from the gondola). The house and especially the kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need for a nice stay: fondue Caquelon, coffee machine, balcony and terrace with fantastic views. The communication with Markus was quick, friendly and straightforward. We felt completely comfortable and would come back any time.

family of four with two teenagers, absolutely loved this place. the two cabins are perfect, really well designed, great to be able to have separate space. the beds are big and comfortable, two great bathrooms, really unique set up and design. we enjoyed a fire pit in the evening under the mountain backdrop. there are beautiful walks direct from the house, plus Nick has provided some orher good recommendations in his guest book. glacier 3000 just 15 minutes easy drive, highly recommended for a day out. the host was always friendly and responsive, we highly recommend this place for a family looking to relax and have some fantastic hikes in the Swiss mountains.
