The property is part of a villa surrounded by greenery, a short walk from the sea on the Riviera di Ponente, a 15-minute walk from the city center and the boarding port for the Aeolian Islands. It has a separate entrance, a large bedroom with a private bathroom, and an outdoor kitchen.

Extras: external shower and sink, private garden. The big veranda has a sofa, two dining tables, and an amazing view of the sea.

The Vulcano Terrace dista 30 metri dalla famosa Spiaggia di Sabbia Nera. Dispone, di una grande terrazza arredata, con vista mare e isole limitrofi da un lato, dall'altro lato è possibile vedere l'imponente cratere di Vulcano. Al piano terra è presente un patio con delle colonne e sedute stile eoliano che affacciano su un piccolo giardino arredato, con doccia esterna. Al suo interno vi è una cucina soggiorno, con due divani letto, una camera matrimoniale, un ripostiglio e un bagno con doccia.
