Built at the end of the 1800s on the cliff of Ghiozzo and completely renovated, it is a detached house equipped with all modern comforts (WiFi – air conditioning – satellite TV), while retaining the peculiarities of the typical Aeolian houses, once inhabited by fishermen and pumice workers.

Beautiful Aeolian house surrounded by a beautiful garden and equipped with a patio with sea view and Strombolicchio view. It is located in the heart of Piscita, a short walk from the Library, a historic meeting point on the island. The house was renovated in May 2024 and has two independent entrances on a quiet pedestrian street and consists of a large kitchen, two bedrooms with a private bathroom. The entrance is shared with that of the apartment below, it is accessed by a shared pedestrian gate and then you have to climb a stone staircase that takes you to the first floor of the house where there is one of the two terraces. The accommodation has a large garden with sun loungers and parasols, which can be used by guests of both apartments.
