Vacation rentals with beach access in Aegean Sea

A true hidden gem. We had a lovely stay in October. The temperature was ideal, not too hot not too cold. The terrain has two private beaches it felt very luxurious. Amazing view of the sun rise and sun set. We also enjoyed the garden with the friendly stray cats. If we find ourselves in the area again we will definitely come back!

The living and kitchen space was very comfortable, and the outdoor deck overlooking the port and beach was huge, and a favourite of ours to watch the sunset each day. The dining table is outdoors, so on cool mornings and evenings we needed to dress for the temperature. A great location and plenty of street parking around. It was a 5 minute walk to the port and the heart of Parikia.

This was a great experience. The place was clean and spotless. It felt good from the very first moment. Above all the co-host Stematis was outstandingly helpful - always responded immediately, even when my requests seemed excessive, he never complained and went out of his way to satisfy my needs. Lizzy’s place was beautiful. Honestly prettier than the pictures! The location was so quiet, so private and so serene. Lizzy and hosts were very helpful, happy and immediately greeted us. Lizzy was also very response. The accommodations were very sweet, clean and spacious! We would absolutely go back.

Maria was quick to respond to our questions. The hot tub was a great amenity and was the perfect temperature. The view was spectacular.

Beautiful apartment, clear instructions with all the necessary photos for check-in, great bed, all of Rhodes within walking distance, lots of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The windows are super tight and even the strongest storm is hardly noticeable in the apartment - we will definitely book again next time. - small note: the staircase is not recommended for infirm or disabled people

There were two of us in the apartment for 9 days. It was exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, the sea within sight 20 m away. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Check-in is totally easy, Armin's instructions are clearly understandable. Armin is a great host who responds very quickly and also gives good tips and information.

Emma was super responsive and was kind enough to let us check in early to do some excursions on our first day. The view was STUNNING and the beach steps away from the house was very clean and beautiful. Parking was easy to find, though there did not appear to be a dedicated parking space. Would definitely stay again.

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

A wonderful host in a stunning place...

Amazing place! So quiet with a privat beach. Vasily was very kind and gave us a lot of good advices and recommendations. This place is a bit far from the turistic villages but it is also part of its magic.

We felt like at home in Yiannis. The house and kitchen are well equipped. Yianni's mom gave us a lot of welcome gifts, fruits, vegetables, cake, wine, beer. In between, she came by, cleaned our terrace and brought us sweet particles.Yiannis and his mother 🥰 also looked after us very well. We were there out of season and had a focus on hiking and getting to know the area. If you are looking for peace, relaxation and great scenery, this is the place to be. I can also imagine that it is very nice there in the summer, there are many tavernas, most of them had too when we were there, but in the season you can certainly spend a nice and relaxing bathing holiday there. It is also worth exploring the nearby surroundings, the nature there is beautiful and you should also respect it.❤️

As described, the house is less than 50 meters away from the deserted and very nice pebble beach. The water was still incredibly warm and crystal clear in September. Every morning was wonderful swimming and then a relaxed breakfast on the terrace with great views directly to the sea ! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets seen ! I would always recommend the accommodation even if the house and furnishings are now a bit outdated. There's a minimal minus point here. From the relatively busy main road where the house is immediately adjacent, you get almost nothing on the terrace . Really a very nice place and the location with the direct access to the sea and beautiful terrace I would like to highlight again. The always quick and quick help from landlady Karolina was also great👍🏻 😇! If I will travel to Rhodes again I would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Karolina 🤗

Amalia is a super host! We loved the place and it was even better than we expected! It's located right at the beach and at night you can fall asleep hearing the waves. The house is freshly renovated and has absolutely everything one might need. The location is impeccable. We took a sea taxi from Kosta and it left us right in front of the house. We will definitely come back again. Thank you, Amalia!

Perfect place near the beach. Quiet but can walk to the beach and multiple restaurants and small shops in 1 min. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Helped us with transportation, recommendations, and work with us leading up to the trip. 100% recommend staying here!

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Nikitas' and Eva's apartment during the low season and can only agree with the many other very positive reviews. The two are very polite and friendly hosts, you felt directly like with friends. We were completely surprised that there were welcome gifts and goodbye gifts for us again when we left. Everything was honest and cordial. Once again, a big thank you to Nikitas and Eva for this wonderful week in Nikiti and the surrounding area! We will be happy to come back.

The service was excellent!! The receptionists were great! And the bar tenders were the best!! Great vibes great drinks and food!!

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was exactly like the description and pictures. The view was beautiful, dedicated covered parking (which is a huge plus in Greece), and directly across from the beach. The host was a very nice guy and attentive. We will stay in again the next time we visit the Porto Rafti area. I cannot say enough how comfortable we were and how nice our stay was!
