Lovely private open plan studio in glorious surroundings beneath the South Downs. It is light, airy and very peaceful with stunning views and a private outside seating area. A footpath leads straight from the garden to the South Downs Way and exceptional walking/cycling. There is a celebrated pub, The Three Horseshoes, within walking distance serving great food and local beers. We totally renovated our house a year or two ago and designed our purpose built self contained guest Annexe. The room is bright and light with an ensuite shower room and a SIMBA king size bed. There are a couple of easy chairs to relax in and a little table and chairs to eat/work a. There are no cooking facilities but there is a mini fridge, kettle and toaster and we supply tea, coffee, bread & milk. There is safe parking on our private drive right outside your entrance door.
