Vacation rentals with a patio in Adriatic Sea

The apartment was ideal for our short stay. It is very well located (10 minutes walk from the old town), with a balcony which is worth experiencing! The view is amazing. Also, you can walk directly to the beach and have a super market super near (100 meters). Ana was a great host, always responsive, flexible and open to give us recommendations. If we come back to Hvar, we would definitely stay here again.

Simple and uncomplicated communication even before arrival. Easy and convenient check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko and his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and we will be happy to come back on our next visit to Zadar!

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. Vincenzo is a great host who was very accommodating when I needed help. The apartment makes a clean, new impression. Especially the fly screens are good and important. The pool is a nice size and for the children there is even a smaller one. The location is quiet and I would come back any time.

She is a sweetheart, I had problems with transportation and arrived very late but there she was waiting for me to greet me in person, give me a tour of the place and offer me something to eat and drink, it really was a very pleasant and warm experience, I felt that they treated me the same way a grandmother pampers her grandchildren

We stayed for 2 months at Endri's place. This home was a great jumping off spot for adventuring around northern Albania. We went from the mountains to the sea and had a nice home to come back to each day. The yard was perfect for our dog. Durrës is a 15 minute walk away, theres a killer pizza joint up the road, and a Conad grocery store around the corner. The home is comfortable but needs to be updated. A perfect stay at a great price. Host is very nice and always responsive with helpful advice. We recommend.

We spent a couple of nights in this perfect hideaway, overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Set back from the road, the property is a beautiful, calm and peaceful retreat with some amazing views and surroundings. Inside, the apartment has all you need for a few days’ stay and was spotlessly clean. The shower worked very well, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for clothes and other bits. Camilla was incredibly responsive before, during and after our trip and provided very clear instructions on how to access the property etc. We loved our stay and was sad to leave!

The best Airbnb experience we have had. Mislav and Vesna are exceptional hosts. The property is in an excellent location, and extremely comfortable. Cavtat is beautiful. Most importantly it is a very peaceful, relaxing area, with many excursions from there. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Romeo welcomed us very warmly. He lives on site with the family, but is discreet in every way, while ensuring the well-being of his guests. The space is spacious and clean . Nothing is missing inside. The balcony offers a table and chairs with great views of the setting sun. The pool and outdoor furniture invite you to relax and relax. It's a place to recommend without hesitation.

Ivan makes you feel like you're at home. Check-in with him was extremely pleasant as he acts multilingual [Croatian, English, German] There were all the necessary resources and much more (coffee maker, hair dryer, Netflix access, pool accessories). Any questions we had were answered through Airbnb within 20 minutes [e.g. shopping] The entire holiday was rounded off in a special way, from the welcome vesper plate to the homemade apple strudel of his wife. There was also a great entertainment at the end. We will definitely return. Arrived as guests, left as friends. We have rarely met such a thoughtful host. Very lovingly furnished apartment. Here, with the fruit & olives, as well as the outdoor kitchen in the garden, a vacation feeling came directly. Velian and his mother were very eager to give us a good stay. We would have liked to have spontaneously stayed longer - but unfortunately the place was already booked by the next guests! We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! The accommodation met our expectations, it is true to the description, cared for in its details and Patrizia is really very attentive, available and present to meet the needs of the guests and solve small problems that may occur (such as a drilled wheel). The apartment is well equipped and therefore already perfect, even for the summer stay. In addition, bicycles are available, very useful, in a week we never moved the car: the center of sbt and the promenade can be reached in a few minutes by bike. We really liked everything, the suprlus is definitely done by Patrizia, present, kind but not intrusive. So many many compliments! It's rare to find such an attentive host and such a well-maintained and well-equipped apartment! If we have the chance we will definitely come back! Thank you

Natalia is such a great host! She was very attentive and took very good care of us. The house is beautiful, surrounded by gardens and very close to the beach. We stayed there in April and it was very calm, exactly what we were looking for!

Eldi was an amazing and caring host! The apartment had all the necessity and above what ones needs and wants from a long or short stay! It was clean, immaculate and with a beautiful sea view and all the restaurants and shops walking distance! I highly recommend it!
