Penthouse Suite is located on the 2nd floor and it have 100m2. It consists of three bedrooms with large double bed and TV. In the hall are bathroom and toilet. One of bedroom has a makeup table and its own bathroom and exit to the balcony connecting the rest of the apartment. Kitchen has a window overlooking the sea and high table with high chairs and also there is dining table with chairs. From the living room you come out to a large spacious balcony. All rooms have air conditioning.

Great experience. I read the reviews, and the view that the host of the apartment took into account all the comments and corrected them. Very cozy, thoughtful. Parking space. Small area on the street. Close to the sea. Nearby is the way to the observation. The store and several cafes are also nearby. Beautiful and convenient in the apartment itself.

We were very impressed with the furnishings of the apartment, which was decorated with taste and very practical. We felt at home, there was nothing missing. the place was very clean and climatic. A terrace with a beautiful view, Rene and his wife are great hosts, always available if needed but completely respecting the privacy of the guests. the location is also a great, quiet place, interesting beaches and a cool starting point. The best Airbnb experience we have had. Mislav and Vesna are exceptional hosts. The property is in an excellent location, and extremely comfortable. Cavtat is beautiful. Most importantly it is a very peaceful, relaxing area, with many excursions from there. We look forward to returning in the near future.

We stayed for about 1 1/2 weeks and were super happy with everything. The apartment itself was nice and cosy and had everything you needed. The area is also really nice and you are very close to the sea and some nice restaurants. Close by there are also other really interesting places like old military bases and a national park. Draco was very helpful with everything and had some good tips for which places we could visit. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Ana and Draco's apartment!

Its a nice place to stay , right in front of the beach, they have their own restaurant, and the cabin have all you need, we were given a complimentary tea and biscuits for breakfast, much needed right before we checked out as we had a long day of travel. The accomodation is Easy to find, definetely a Very pretty place to stay in, they had a hair dryer, fridge, shower gel and extra tissues, tv, air conditioning etc. The host was also responsive . Thank you

Staying in this suite was truly amazing. From the moment we walked in, you could see how much care and love was put into every detail of the decor. The apartment is decorated with style and taste – everything is harmonized, clean and tidy, with a clear aesthetic that creates a sense of home, not a temporary place to stay. The apartment is fully equipped – everything you may need is there, in excellent condition. We were especially blown away by the host's attention – we were greeted with a cold beer and a sweet surprise in the form of Easter chocolates. The location is great – quiet yet very close to everything you need. Private parking is a big plus, as is a small balcony that provides a corner of peace for morning coffee. Dragan was extremely responsive, friendly and professional – communication was quick and clear, and we are most grateful for the bike rental recommendation. Any accommodation recommendations for those who want an excursion to Brijuni or an active holiday on Parenzana - everything is half an hour away by car.
