Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Adriatic Sea

Apartment was easy to find. Owner waited for us outside so it was very easy to find the place and the parking which is right at the property. Apartment was very clean and kitchen is well-equiped. Bathroom was spotless. It's very close to the beautiful beach, like 3 min walking, and the town has lots of stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive, kind and helpfull so I really felt like home. I'd definitely recomend this place to anyone.

This apartment is a wonderful choice, especially for longer stays. While it's a bit away from the city center, there are two large, modern shopping malls just around the corner. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of the city. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s clean, cozy, and truly feels like home.

Few mins away from all tourist sites. We got dinner, drinks, haircut and shopping all within 5-10 mins walk. The street, building and main entrance looked daunting which is very typical of flats/BnB's in Tirana but I think its what adds on to the charm and authenticity. The instructions were very helpful but we had to wait few mins on the patio before the host replied with the keysafe code but that's no problem, tiny issue. The studio looks chic, clean, tidy and spacious. Complete with toiletries and kitchen appliances as described. Very quiet despite its location. We had a very comfortable stay and will stay again.

Igor’s place was wonderful and I would recommend to others without hesitation. The view from the balcony is stunning and we loved sitting outside watching the sunsets. The apartment is well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking space was convenient as we had a rental car. It is a quick drive/taxi ride to both old town Kotor and Perast which was nice if you plan on visiting both places. I would certainly stay here again if we were ever to be in Montenegro!

Very comfortable flat in the heart of the city. Damir was incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing a lovely bottle of local wine and a few essentials in the fridge. Will definitely be returning!

This place is amazing, fully equipped with everything a person needs, private parking and just 3 minutes from the old town of Kotor. It is luxurious and really beautiful. The couple that owns the apartment were very helpful with all the informations we needed😊😊 P.s. there is a better apartment right next to it ( of course the same owner’s) with a wonderful terrace and even a sauna with a view on the old town of Kotor. Unfortunately we didn’t know before so maybe the next time we’ll visit Kotor.

Great apartment, great location, and great host. Lidia, the host, was incredibly responsive, prior and during the trip. She answered any questions, gave us tourism advice, and made our stay even better. The flat is right in the heart of Tirana, and is a lovely space. 100% would recommend.

Simonetta was really kind, the house is equipped with every comfort, upon our arrival we also found water and some snacks. Really a good experience, if I were to go back to Rome I would definitely contact her

Absolutely beautiful! two girls went away on a girly trip. Accommodation was perfect, safe neighbourhood, safety locking on all doors made us feel really comfortable. Very peaceful, incredibly done! Hats off to Josipa. Amazing job and we will return 110%. Despite the weather raining which was highly unusual we were told from the locals we felt at home with Netflix, snacks etc. Balcony was perfect for early morning reading, sunbathing, swimming. Super location ! At the entrance of old city. Near to bars & restaurants! The apartment has a very nice decoration ! Renovated ! Small complex but all you need to enjoy Nike’s great recommendations for food, coffee and tourism. Highly recommended. Thanks Nike !

Adriatik and Blerta are very nice and friendly. Their place was just like the photos, it was clean and inviting. I recommend it.

Excellent stay in this peaceful and very quiet place. The house among the olive trees is really nice. Hosts were extremely charming and very helpful. For example, they allowed us to use the garden electrical outlet to recharge our electric vehicle at night, which was a plus for us, as there are not many charging stations in the area. A significant time-saver for our stay. We recommend this property.

It was a home away from home

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, it matches the photos well. All the necessities on site very functional accommodation 25m from the airport and 15m from the center by car. The only downside is the parking a little complicated in the area with the car, you should not be afraid to create spaces😀. I would highly recommend the place.

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Roana provided clear instructions on where to find the appartment. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the big park and there are many shops nearby.

Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

A highly recommended AirBnB destination in Pesaro, Italy! This spacious, well-appointed apartment offers a safe, secure sanctuary in a great location with easy walking access to the marina, the historical centre, tourist sights, shopping and services. The hosts were always easily accessible and available to assist with any requirement. We only wish that we could have stayed and enjoyed the view for longer!

Really lovely place and Rajko was a really friendly host and helped us out a lot. Perfect spot to visit the old town and go for walks and nip down the steps to the sea. And really nice home to hang out in.
