Vacation rentals with a home theater in Adriatic Sea

Aleksandar was a terrific host, and the place was better than the pictures posted. He was always responsive, helpful, offering personalised service like picking us up some groceries, because we arrived while it was raining. He was ALWAYS reacheable during our stay. The area is residential with a spectacular view of the coast, and it takes only about 7-10 minutes to the Old City in a cab. Everything in the apartment is very well-designed, clean, with well-appointed spaces that are tastefully decorated, ample storage space and a complete kitchen. I am told this was supposed to be his place, and never meant to be rented out, which is reflected in the high quality of finishes! We were so lucky to find this wonderful place, and would recommend this spacious, comfortable place to everyone staying outside the Old City.

We enjoyed everything about Rafaele’s apartment and his hospitality. It was very comfortable for the 3 of us, the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived. All furniture and fittings were modern and seemed brand new. The shower had hot water and the water pressure great. Rafaele really went out of his way to help us, firstly to arrange a driver to bring us from the airport as our plane arrived after 10pm and to research restaurants and activities for us. He gave my daughter a bag of puzzles and activities which he had bought as a gift and we thought was a special touch. The neighbourhood was family oriented with there being a playground next door to the train station, good restaurant and bakery options. Just a very authentic place which was perfect for our style of travel. I highly recommend this air bnb

Fantastic apartment, location is great with cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes and the Old Town and Lapad Beach around a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything our family of four needed, and Drago was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect base to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit Lokrum and Lopud islands.

Everything went well. The apartment is very well equipped with anything you could need, including luggage rests and umbrellas. (The only negative is that a light was out in the bathroom which made the shower area a bit dark, and overall there is little direct sunlight in this apartment because it is internally located, I.e. internal courtyard).

Ho passato un soggiorno molto piacevole da Maria. Maria e suo marito sono molto accoglienti e disponibili. Hanno accettato di ricevermi con un'ora di anticipo rispetto al check-in, così ho potuto lasciare il mio bagaglio un po’ pesante. È stato davvero molto apprezzato. Maria e suo marito mi hanno anche aiutato a prenotare un taxi per la partenza. L'appartamento si trova in un antico palazzo napoletano. Il luogo è magnifico. Certo, bisogna essere pronti a salire due piani a piedi e a non avere troppi bagagli, ma ne vale davvero la pena. L'appartamento è molto bello e spazioso. Non manca nulla. È estremamente ben attrezzato. Mi è davvero piaciuto il mio soggiorno da Maria. È stato molto piacevole. Il quartiere è davvero fantastico. Siete a cinque minuti dal Quartiere Spagnolo. È stato uno dei miei AirBnB preferiti — se non il mio preferito — tra quelli che ho provato a Napoli. Grazie ancora a Maria e a suo marito.

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

Incredible location, clean, and comfortable for our family of 4! Perfect location to see all the sights of Rome! Especially loved being so close to Piazza Nova! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Byliśmy we dwoje z końcem maja w mieszkaniu Ivana. Dwa dni.Nie było więc jeszcze upałów. Nie był to też ani jesień, ani zima. Mieszkanie jest w starym domu z kamienia, dlatego ma imponująco grube ściany i wyobrażaliśmy sobie, jak dobrze chroni przed upałem. Mieszkanie ma dużo przestrzeni, dostęp do podwórka, gdzie można suszyć pranie. Do starego miasta i morza wystarczy przejść przez ulicę, która jest głośna i ruchliwa. Do supermarketu i piekarni 2, 3 minuty. Dobrze spaliśmy i czuliśmy się u Ivana. Szybenik jest pięknym miastem.

Wow! This place is amazing! Beautiful scenery, amazing farm, and a short walk to Caizzo center with restaurants, grocery store, shopping etc. The rooms look better than the photos. They are comfortable and large. Ilaria is such a kind host who really takes the time to get to know you. She even made us breakfast with fresh squeezed lemonade and farm fresh eggs. Would recommend this to anyone traveling!

Amelia e Kevin sono stati molto discreti, ma erano comunque sempre nel loro alloggio se ne avessimo avuto bisogno. La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata, pulita. C'è di tutto, la cucina è super attrezzata, pentole di altissima qualità, robot da cucina, bicchieri e calici di ogni genere. Ci hanno lasciato il pane appena fatto, del latte e altre cose. Inoltre viste le temperature avevo chiesto dell' acqua fresca al nostro arrivo e siamo stati soddisfatti. Le camere sono tutte bellissime, letti molto comodi. Il salotto con l'home teather è un valore aggiunto. La piscina a sfioro bellissima, luci che creano atmosfera. Insomma le foto rispecchiano la realtà, anzi poi trovarsi lì è anche meglio. Se avete bisogno di staccare dal caos questo posto fa per voi...la notte non si sente un solo rumore. Grazie ad Amalia e Kevin sempre sorridenti e gentili. Spero di tornare!

Wow, wow, wow!!! We absolutely loved this house and had an amazing time in beautiful Croatia. It is the most well-equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture and fittings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, to cook with, and there’s a large BBQ outside. The bedrooms are large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, shutters, balconies in every room. Great bathrooms. The pool area is fabulous with 8 loungers, all with towels supplied and mood lighting. And the garden where you can help yourself to fresh vegetables. The games/movie room was brilliant. We played pool and table tennis and watched some films – a really great feature of this property. We had the most amazing time at this house and we didn’t want to leave! We cannot recommend this property more highly or our amazing hosts enough. Book this house for your holiday, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 out of 10 property – loved it!!!

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Wir waren zu 6. dort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Unten gab es eine "Schlafcouch", welche allerdings auch super bequem war. Alles war sauber und als kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Rotwein, eine Flasche Weißwein und einen Orangensaft. Die Gastgeber waren mega freundlich. Auf unsere Nachfrage, was man in der Gegend und auch etwas weiter weg unternehmen kann, wurden wir innerhalb kürzester Zeit über ALLES informiert - über jegliche Aktivitäten, gute Restaurants, Orte, die man sich anschauen sollte usw. . Bei weiteren Nachfragen wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit geantwortet. Der Check-In und auch der Check-Out konnte individuell abgestimmt werden. Die Unterkunft können wir wärmstens empfehlen und würden diese auf jeden Fall erneut buchen!

We had an wonderful stay at Villa Magic View! The surroundings and especially the view was amazing. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the pool and playroom very much. Because this is a new neighborhood the ubers sometimes had a hard time finding us but it always worked out in the end. We recommend renting a scooter to get up and down the hill easily but walking it is also a option, a little cardio :) I really recommend this place if you want to enjoy yourself in a luxorious villa. We will definetly come again.

Mieliśmy fantastyczny pobyt u Daisy. Mieszkanie na ostatnim piętrze. Klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Mieszkanie wygląda jak na zdjęciach. Bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Kawa, herbata dostępne. Czekały na nas bułeczki i woda w lodówce. Nawet jednorazowe kapcie były dla nas przygotowane. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i niecałe 10 minut do metra. Polecam. Jak następny raz będę w Rzymie to na pewno skorzystam z apartamentu Daisy.

This was the perfect spot for us in Rome. We setup in Rome, walked Rome on the first day and then took day trips to Naples and Florence so being close to the Metro Station was a must for us. Marco walked out and met us on the first day to make sure we had no issues finding the AirBnB and gave us a quick overview. Everything was perfect and clean. I highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at this home. If we could give more than 5 stars, we certainly would! Livio and Krystyna are the best hosts you could ever imagine… they greeted us at the apartment, gave us a tour, had thoughtful gifts, gave great recommendations for both food and places to visit, and were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. They truly went above and beyond! The home was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located right by St. Peter’s Basilica. The street the home is located on has no cars so it was really nice to come outside to a lively and beautiful street without cars. The home and location themselves are certainly enough to rate this 5 stars. Having the best hosts ever was quite the bonus! Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!! We will be back again!

Un apartamento fantástico en una zona fantástica. La atención por parte de los anfitriones muy buena. La zona es preciosa para pasear, comer bien, tomar un café... Fuimos a todas partes andando, ya que la mayoría de lugares de interés están a 30 o 40 minutos a pie. Nos dejaron agua, huevos, leche, café... Muy amables y serviciales. Las camas muy cómodas, el espacio limpio y muchas toallas y amenities. ¡Muchas gracias! :)

Sehr gute und freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit extrem schneller Rückmeldung. Fragen während des Aufenthalts wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Wohnung liegt ideal. Parkplätze sind vorhanden - ggf. muss man mehrmals ums Karree fahren, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir hatten das Glück, fast direkt vor der Wohnung nach 5 mal kreiseln einen frei werdenden Parkplatz für 10 Tage zu finden. Die U-Bahn und der Bus sind rund 200 m entfernt. Es sind nur vier Haltestellen mit der U-Bahn zum Collosseum. Die Buslinie fährt bis zur Engelsburg und dem Vatikan. Die Basilika "Sankt Paul vor den Mauern" ist nur rund 400 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Wohnung war Ende Mai auch ohne Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Klimaanlagen sind aber zusätzlich vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz und ein sehr schönes und modernes Bad. Ein Aufzug erleichtert die Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung im siebten Geschoss. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns für die tolle Gastfreundschaft.

Incantevole ed elegante appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, pulito, in posizione tranquilla e ben collegato per raggiungere Venezia con i mezzi. Dalle signore delle pulizie che ringraziamo per l’ accoglienza anticipata e le spiegazioni fornite, a Samuel ottimo host sempre disponibile. Torneremo per un soggiorno piu’ lungo.
