The house is situated in a very calm neighborhood, with two beautiful parks around, and plenty of bus to lead you wherever you need in the city. The house in itself is very well stuffed and cleaned. I really appreciated how it looks and the ambiance that it creates, we really feel in Moldova. And Luminita is a very kind and attentive host, giving numerous recommendation and giving you advices about the bus lines to take to get into her house, we feel very welcomed in her place. To summarize, this is a perfect place if you want to discover Chisinau and live something that a hotel cannot offer

Все замечательно , квартира светлая и уютная. При заселении все было понятно и соответствовало инструкции и информации присланной на почту. Единственное что было не ясно, так это адрес не соответствует картам . Навигатор привел нас за квартал от дома. Но это проблема навигации. Спасибо Павлу за постоянную поддержу и внимание в любых вопросах.

Прекрасные апартаменты! Мне очень понравилось мое пребывание. Квартира была отличной, чистой и уютной. Расположение просто идеальное – все, что нужно, находится в шаговой доступности: торговые центры для шопинга, множество ресторанов на любой вкус и уютная кофейня прямо за углом. Great location with the centre of Chișinău and the airport both easily accessible from the apartment. An easy walk to Malldova and supermarket Kaufland within walking distance. Tudor was very responsive, friendly and helpful with all our queries. The apartment itself was very clean, the layout was thoughtful and had a lot of great amenities. The bathroom facilities were excellent and sufficient space in the bedrooms. We stayed as a family of four during our time in Chișinău and we all felt very comfortable and relaxed in the apartment. Thank you Tudor for your great hosting.

Надзвичайно гарна квартира. Все нове, чисте і охайне. Відчув себе ніби вдома. Власник дуже комунікабельний і готовий допомогти у всіх питаннях. Поруч є все необхідне, красиве озеро де можна прогулятись, ресторани де можна смачно поїсти і магазини якщо треба щось купити Невеликий мінус, це час виїзду 🤪 Адже господар вказав 10 год. Дозволив нам побути до 10:30 але все одно цього мало. Довелось прокинутись і одразу збиратись на вихід. В цілому рекомендую дане помешкання

Аккуратная и чистая квартира, отличный хозяин. Останавливаемся второй раз и всем очень довольны. Локация - фантастика! Рядом шикарный парк, магазины, удобная транспортная развязка, 7 минут езды до центра города. Все идеально. Владимир дает четкие инструкции и всегда на связи. В этот раз у нас изменились планы и нужно было заселиться срочно - квартира ждала нас уже через час. Точно приедем еще, спасибо огромное! :)

Experience Soviet high rise living in Natasha’s atmospheric apartment. Great location across the street from Back in the USSR restaurant and on Tiraspol’s main artery. All the main photo spots in town are easily accessible by walking. The apartment is spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable (although the pillows are quite dense). I enjoyed my two nights here and would book again if I return to Pridnestrovie. Natasha is a lovely person and helpful host. Her English is very limited, as was my Russian, but we communicated well by text (W.A.) using Google translate. A very cool experience. I’m glad I chose this place over Hotel Russia.

It was mildly difficult to move in as it took a bit of time to finally be able to get a response from the host in the late morning on the move-in date while I also saw that the host read my messages&was hesitant to respond until I became persistent. Although my request for check-in at 12:00 was accepted, I was informed that the apartment will be ready for check-in at 13:00, then at 12:36. I moved in, thanks to a polite young girl/neighbor(who used a key fob) because multiple locals were staring at me outside&found the cleaning lady to be very friendly, but the husband of the host was 𝙪𝙣𝙖𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙘 over the phone.

Apartamentul este foarte curat si modern. Noi am intampinat o mica problema - am rezervat in Airbnb pentru 3 adulti, 3 dormitoare, dar la destinatie unul dintre cele 3 dormitoare era incuiat. Eugeniu ne-a explicat ca este mentionat in descrierea din Airbnb ca regimul este de 2 persoane per dormitor. Nu mi se pare logic sa tii cont de ceva mentionat in descriere (pe care fireste ca am ratat sa o citim) cand tu rezervi un apartament cu 3 dormitoare si setezi 3 adulti, 3 dormitoare, asadar sa fiti atenti la acest aspect pentru ca ce rezervati nu este neaparat ceea ce primiti. Eugeniu a fost dragut si ne-a deschis cel de-al treilea dormitor fara costurile suplimentare despre care ne vorbise dar as fi preferat mai multa transparenta de la inceput incat sa nu fim nevoite sa trecem prin acest eveniment. Altfel, distanta fata de centru este de 10 minute cu masina, deci mai adaugati si asta la lista de cheltuieli extra 😊.

I was entirely happy with the apartment throughout my long stay. Quiet, good wifi and water pressure. Plenty of hot water. A good kitchen. Sofa beds are not known for sumptuous sleeps, but the one I used was perfectly fine. Furnishing somewhat spartan, but all comfortable enough. Great host. Andries is One of the Good Guys. Will try to book this apartment again on my next visit to Chisinau.

Чудесное расположение, рядом кафе, гипермаркет, зоомагазин. Широкая красивая улица, уютный и тихий двор. Квартира большая, чистая и светлая. Красивый вид из окна. Есть кондиционер, горячая вода - всё супер. Очень довольны пребыванием тут, особенно приятно , что можно с животными, были со своей собакой. Рядом есть где погулять. Недалеко большие парки и молл. Приветливые и уважительные администраторы. Рекомендую!

Great kind host. The airbnb was amazing. Everything you need is there. Only downside is that you have to pay for the sauna and that wasn't written on the site.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Einkaufszentrum direkt unter dem Gebäude ist sehr praktisch für schnelle Lebensmitteleinkäufe. Einige Restaurants und Bushaltestellen sind in der direkten Umgebung.
