Valeria was the best host and I couldn’t recommend this house anymore it’s exactly as shown in pictures and whenever we needed help with anything Ion Valeria’s friend would be very helpful.If you are ever interested in a place to relax with friends and watch the beautiful view this is the place🙌🏾

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation ! The place is very spacious, it has high rooms, with classic, good quality furniture. Everything was clean, well organized and just like the pictures – even more beautiful in reality! In the yard there is also a table with armchairs, so you have a place to enjoy your coffee in the morning, or in the evening a glass of wine. The car can be safely parked right in front of the house, on a street with limited access. The area is a residential, quiet one, located in the vicinity of several clinics and hospitals. At a distance of 10-15 min easy walk we found several restaurants( including Andy's), and a Linella supermarket is 5 min away. To the ultra-central area you make a maximum of 15 min drive. Carolina was exceptional – attentive, kind and always available for any question or need we had. We felt really welcome, even got a good wine on arrival. Thanks for your hospitality – we will definitely come back!

Lovely place. Secluded, quiet and peaceful. Little to no neighbors, so you are mostly free to listen to some music after 10PM or watch a movie on the marvelous outside projector screen, with beautiful bird songs accompanying you in the evening and morning. The outside projector screen with the terrace and hot-tub are a wonderful addition to this booking. So do bring your swimwear, some towels, maybe even bathrobes. The projector screen has an Android TV box to it, but feel free to bring your own if you have more streaming services connected (only Netflix is available on the local one, although you can log in and log out with your services if you want, that's what we did) Mattresses are a bit on the firm side, but still comfortable to sleep on. Spacious living. Kitchen has most of what you would need. The BBQ zone is also well equipped. The yard is also very neat and cozy. The house is very cozy due to the A-frame build feels a bit more special to live in. Would definitely come back.

We stayed at this beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. The apartment looks even better than in the pictures which is rare. The apartment is very clean and equipped with all the essentials. Endless towels.. The manager who checked us in was very helpful and available to us whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be staying here again next time we visit.

This is the third time I have stayed at Alex' apartment in Chisinau and it's always a very nice experience. The apartment is perfectly situated in the center and everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

You understand that the house is in a really good location when you walk around the property. It's a 15-minute walk from every important place. If you want to participate in an event such as theater and opera in the evening, you are very close to everything. Her house was very, very clean. My wife is a heavy dust allergy and we had no problems . The view from the house was very nice . There were many grocery stores very close by. Host is overly caring . We went to the cafe he recommended every evening and we liked it very much. She was very helpful with transportation. She immediately tried to solve our slightest problem. He thought we would be hungry and dehydrated on the first day and added fruit and water to the closet . When the neighbors took our luggage off, they held the door and greeted us. It felt like home. The sheets were washed and spotless . They were on the duvets and blankets. We had a wonderful week. We felt like our own home, thank you for everything.

Thank you very much Tatiana the apartment is dull in the center of the city everything is close to the restaurants cafe the Arc de Triomf is a minute walk a very warm apartment very neat and clean a boring balcony We loved it all Tatiana was always available for sure we will be back We also asked to leave the apartment late in the evening and Tatiana agreed with no problem to stay in the apartment because they changed our flight Thank you so much!!!

A gorgeous apartment, Wonderful hosts! I have not met such a warm welcome anywhere, and I travel a lot, you could say I live in travel and I visit home less than somewhere))) Therefore, I can confidently say that everything was at the highest level, the host helped with suitcases, told me everything, it's clean inside, everything is thought out, so that you feel at home :) Therefore, I definitely recommend it, I will be glad to stay again 💛 The location is good, not noisy, but close to the central street, and there is also a delicious placenta)))) which is important when arriving in Kishinev 😁 What else, a nice terrace where you can have breakfast or dinner:)

Clean apartment, located on the 8th floor in a new block, close to the city center. Feodosie welcomed us and gave us some recommendations. Very helpful the private parking place. In the apartment you find everything you need. We're back anytime. Recommended.

The apartment looks just like in the photos—spacious and with a comfortable bed. Despite being in a large building with many residents, the thick walls keep it quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We didn’t cook since there are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook, you’ll have everything you need. Parking is free for everyone, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. With some luck, you can park close to the building, otherwise you might need to park a bit farther away at first and move your car closer in the morning. The inner parking area tends to fill up in the evenings. The location was great for us—not in the city center, but not far from it either. Taxis are cheap, there’s a small bus station near the apartment, and a larger one about a 15–20 minute walk away. Communication with Serghei and his team was prompt, responsive, and helpful. If you’re planning to visit Chișinău, I definitely recommend this apartment.
