The house has 2 sofas and folding chair (5 people can sleep) If not staying overnight, up to 9 people can relax. There is no air conditioning, but the house is thermally insulated.

Free parking in the internal yard. The internal courtyard is of the "Odeskii dvorik" type will move you during the USSR (back in the USSR). She may not like some.

Serghei and Looba have been the most generous hosts imaginable and they have been a mine of information and help throughout my stay. I literally cannot praise them high enough. Serghei in particular has gone out of his way on numerous occasions to assist. The room itself is immaculate and very well stocked and organised with air conditioning. Unbeatable value and a vacation I’ll never forget for all the right reasons 😀👏👌🥰☝️

Overall, the place is nice. It looks like the pictures, and it is spotless, providing all the necessary household supplies. The location is positioned near public transportation, a gym and grocery shops. I do consider, however, that the bed mattress isn't on par with the rest of the apartment, and it needs to be changed. I leave 5 stars, nonetheless, because I believe the landlords, being responsive as they are, will promptly address the issue and replace the mattress, thereby significantly increasing the level of comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Julia’s apartment! The prime location right in the heart of Chisinau made everything super convenient — shops, cafes, and sights are all just a short walk away. The apartment itself has a high-quality, modern design and a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Communication with Julia was excellent from start to finish, she was always quick to respond and very helpful. The closed courtyard is a big plus — quiet, secure, and surrounded by greenery, which makes you forget you’re in the very center of the city. We truly felt at home here and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Chisinau. Highly recommended!
