Vacation rentals with a home theater in Adjara

I recommend this apartment and Alvin in particular! As for the apartment: I rented here during the autumn-winter season, I was somewhat worried about how difficult it would be to live here in terms of warmth. But in vain I was worried, as it turned out: air conditioning is quite enough to heat the entire studio even during the coldest days and nights. The apartment has everything you need: a microwave; a little more spacious than standard bar, a refrigerator; additional nightstands and dressers, designed for longer stays and much more. The view is just beautiful: evenings and sunsets from the 37th floor will definitely leave a pleasant and warm mark in my soul. Alvina is an unusually friendly and responsive hostess, available even at night (!); promptly resolves all issues: repairing electrics, replacement of linen, towels and other minor problems that arise during a long stay. Definitely recommend won't regret it won't matter if you're here for 14 days or six months like me :)

Nice small apartment for 1-2 people. The appliances are new, everything is clean and convenient. Beautiful sea view. The location is a little further from the center so it's not noisy. The building has a coffee shop, cafe, beer bar, barber shop and ATM. The host is communicative, will help and tell you.

Excellent option for long term living. I spent three weeks here, very satisfied. Arartaments are exactly as it is as described in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - you can fully cook. On the territory there is a store with basic products and hygiene products, as well as 700 meters from the complex in the village itself, there are several grocery stores, a pharmacy, fruit and vegetable shops. There have never been interruptions with water, electricity, and internet. The elevators are great. There were no problems with parking either. The sea here is chic, clean, the pools are fine. Valeria is friendly and responsive, it was very nice to communicate with you. Thanks for being a host!

It was lucky to meet a friendly host. Everything was perfect and it felt like home! However, be careful with the mosquitoes! I want to come again!!

it will be difficult to drive on a car with a low landing, well, the mountains, of course. We were a little stuck when we drove back, Irakli was very timely and helped us. the place is quiet, private, the views are super atmosphere as needed.
