Vacation rentals with a sauna in Adjara

The apartment exactly like the photos, beautiful views, perfect for a short getaway, Emma quickly responded to messages and helped solve the problem, only it could be cleaned better, because there was a lot of dust and a little hair. And the bathroom could use a heater because it was cold and humid. The price is very affordable. It's easy to check in, no problem with elevators, as you can read in many posts, there are a lot of elevators, and we never waited more than 2 minutes.

Great apartment with a wonderful view to the sea. The photos correspond to reality, the apartment is very clean, has all the necessary appliances. A couple of shopping centers, grocery stores of several Georgian chains, restaurants and cafes of all price categories are within walking distance. There were a couple of technical problems with the key at check-in, but our host quickly helped to solve all the problems and in general she is very responsive and was always in touch!

Truly a marvellous place to stay to relax and recharge your batteries! The nature is unique, surrounded by the mountains and by the river bank, which helps you to come in peace with a nature. Ela and Tengo are wonderful people which are more than happy to assist you at your request: serve you a georgian national cuisine, home made wine and chacha, barbeque or prepare a sauna. There is also a beach and space to chill out by the river. The house was tidy and freshly furnitured. I definitely recommend Ela's place if you seek for a remarkable experience.

Cheaper than similar options with exactly the same value, highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! There were 4 adults and 1 child in our group, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The living room has a spacious sofa, there’s a comfortable double bed, and an extra single bed that was perfect for our child. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Air conditioners in every room made our stay super comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The complex is amazing, and the host was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend!

Mikhail was always in touch, quickly resolved all issues related to various nuances. There is a problem with elevators in Orbi, you need to treat it a little more easily and adapt to various options. Cozy place with a stunning view (sunsets are breathtaking). There's everything you might need inside, the place is clean, it is decorated very nicely and you can feel the attention to detail. Mayya is a helpful host and replies very quickly if there's anything you need. The only minus was that during our stay there was no water few times but I don't know if it's usually like that there or there were was some maintenance work being done. Overall it was a pleasant stay.
