We really liked the apartment, everything was clean and cosy, the hosts are responsive, easily agreed on everything. The apartment is close to the promenade and the Ferris wheel, great location for walking👍🏼

I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a good stay. This is just 5 mins away from the beach. Mariam is very responsive and helped us whenever needed. Few things to note: 1. The apartment has city view and very little sea view. The photo shown is the listing is incorrect. We were a bit disappointed as we booked the property after seeing the view only. 2. The building is quite old and has 2 lifts (one of them were not working 50% of the time). Sometimes we had to wait a lot to go up and down. Flat is on 21st floor so couldn’t use stairs.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable apartment with good view and convenient location. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had everything you need.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

The apartment is ideally located. Between major hotels where there are much less people on the beach. From the door to the sea - three minutes! The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the bed is huge with a nice mattress. The apartment itself is very spacious, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. View from the window 10/10. We will miss the morning coffee for a long time on this balcony overlooking the sea and the mountains (yeah, you can't see them in the photo, they are to the left and very beautiful) The host got a baby crib at our request. Special thanks for that! We are very glad that we rented this apartment. The best part of our vacation!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

The location is great. We liked the apartment as it was well-equipped and child-friedly. Zurab and Irma were very helpful and nice hosts. Clear recommendation!

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!
