I would like to thank Nino for the great time in Batumi! The place was perfect for having a workation as there was a table for work and also the seaside very close to the place. Also two perfectly working air conditioners were very important to me. It was also very quiet there.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a good stay. This is just 5 mins away from the beach. Mariam is very responsive and helped us whenever needed. Few things to note: 1. The apartment has city view and very little sea view. The photo shown is the listing is incorrect. We were a bit disappointed as we booked the property after seeing the view only. 2. The building is quite old and has 2 lifts (one of them were not working 50% of the time). Sometimes we had to wait a lot to go up and down. Flat is on 21st floor so couldn’t use stairs.

Все было замечательно. Удобные апартаменты с хорошим видом и удобным местоположением. Рядом много хороших ресторанов и магазинов. В апартаментах было все необходимое.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Gonio, Georgia. Everything was just as described in the listing and matched the photos perfectly. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the nice touches was the inflatable ring and a sun umbrella, which came in handy for beach days. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay by the sea.

Квартира расположена идеально. Между крупных отелей, где на пляже намного меньше людей. От двери до моря - три минуты! Квартира чистая, мебель новая, кровать огромная с хорошим матрасом. Сама квартира очень просторная, на кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Вид из окна 10/10. Мы еще долго будем скучать по утреннему кофе на этом балконе с видом на море и горы (ага на фото их не видно, они левее и очень красивые) Хозяин добыл по нашей просьбе детскую кроватку. За это отдельное спасибо! Мы очень рады, что сняли именно эту квартиру. Самая удачная часть нашего отпуска!

I loved the flat. Beautiful view from the 32nd floor. I arrived in October and it was not too busy. The flat is very well organized, no clutter, comfy bed with excellent mattrass, good bathroom with washing machine and it was quiet at night. You can still hear the music and fireworks at night but the windows and door insulate most of the noise from outside. Check-in was very easy. Staff spoke decent English, which was helpful. There are also some decent shops nearby. Across the street there are two small supermarkets a bigger supermarket is 5 minutes away and it is only a short walk from the 24 hour Aroma Cafe on the beach. Communication was good. Excellent value for money. I liked everything. I would love to go back one day.

Vili sent us clear instructions, we arrived in the evening and arrival was not a problem. Communication with the owner was fast, friendly and easy. The apartment is exactly as in the photo. We were unlucky with the weather, it was cold and rainy, the apartment was cool when we arrived, but the fireplace gave enough heat. Convenient location, close to the sea, many restaurants and shops around.

Квартира в новом доме. всё работает .хозяин (Алеккс), говорит на многих языках. В квартире тепло! Даже жарко! Внизу два супермаркета пивной бар и домашняя столовая! Газ горячая вода приборы и кастрюли : всё на месте. Кроме того, в сити-молле, огромный сетевой магазин, в котором также есть готовая еда вкусная и всё остальное! приеду ещё ! דירה בבניין חדש. הכל עובד הבעלים (אלכס) דובר שפות רבות. חם בדירה! בקומה התחתונה יש שני סופרמרקטים, בר בירה וחדר אוכל בסגנון ביתי! גז, מים חמים, מכשירי חשמל וסירי. בנוסף, בקניון העיר חנות רשת ענקית, שיש בה גם אוכל מוכן טעים וכל השאר! אני אבוא שוב!

Lena is very nice and helpfull host. Apartment was very clean. Nice place for summer holidays becasue of 3 swimming pools to choose. Nice local restaurants in close area. You need car to reach this place. Good place to see Batumi and stay for week or two. Recommended.

Lika is a great host, check-in and check-out went smoothly, also she additionally provided everything we need. The apartment has beautiful sea view and you can walk to the beach in just a minute. But on some days at night, loud music from restaurants on the beach is possible until about 1 a.m.

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

I had an excellent stay at Lena's apartment! It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Not even 1 minute's walk to the beach! There is also a pool and rooftop bar in the building. I had great communication with the host. There are many great restaurants, cafes and shops around in the area. I will definitely visit again! The host did everything to make it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you Lena!
