Прекрасный дом, очень милые и гостеприимные хозяева! Чудесное место! Очень красивый вид на море из всех спален. Есть балкон-терраса, на котором стоят качели, можно наслаждаться закатами и видом на море. До пляжа идти минут 10 прогулочным шагом. В доме есть все необходимое, комнаты, ванная и кухня были хорошо убраны, дом чистый. Малхаз угощал нас своим вином и домашними блюдами- было очень -очень вкусно! Спасибо большое этой семье, Малхазу за добрый и радушный прием!

Гостеприимные хозяева (Георгий и Лали), Георгий прошёлся с нами и показал окрестности в плане рынка, магазинов и т.п. Уютные апартаменты как на фотографиях (1 спальня и гостиная), есть всё необходимое для проживания, включая стиральную машину, газовый отопитель и кондиционер. Сами апартаменты расположены на тихой улице недалеко от рынка, магазинов, канатной дороги и железнодорожного вокзала.

It's not a fashionable hotel, it's rather like a countryside house, but a big one, with stairs, balconies and all the necessary amenities. The room was alright, simple, rather clean, spacious enough for a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts are friendly and ready to help. The view is nice. The sea is at 1 min walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

I had a wonderful stay here. The host family was incredibly kind, and the location is excellent, making it easy to reach Old Batumi, New Batumi, or the sea. There’s a grocery store and a fruit stand literally next door. If you’re staying for a few weeks, I highly recommend 1997 Cafe, located about three blocks away, and Rule Fitness, just four blocks away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Квартира отличная, приятный ремонт, ванная комната с душевой кабиной, все чисто, есть кондиционер, утюг, стиральная машина, большой обеденный стол, есть все для готовки. Быстрый интернет. Квартира расположена на втором этаже, окна выходят в тихий двор. До центра города с кафешками и до берега около 15 минут пешком, рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Elene отзывчивая, внимательная хозяйка, всегда на связи. Проживание здесь очень понравилось, всем рекомендую.

Отличное местоположение, очень радушные хозяева. Софи всегда шла на встречу нашим пожеланиям, отдельное спасибо за терпение и понимание при размещении брони, так как наши планы несколько раз менялись. До моря 7 минут, море чистое, рядом ботанический сад, скучать не приходилось. С террасы дома открывается чудесный вид. Мы провели в доме Софии замечательные 3 незабываемых дня.

Our stay at their lovely residence was truly delightful. The location, with its proximity to the sea and Batumi as a whole, was fantastic. The property provided all the essential amenities, and the outdoor kitchen added a charming touch to the place. The host and his family are very kind and hospitable and treated me like a friend. The place itself is very comfy and clean and has a beautiful inner yard. There are many shops and a bazaar near here, the sea is too just a half an hour acceptable by foot. It is very suitable for a person(s) who doesn't like the beach line with modern hotels and prefers real Georgian hospitality instead.

That’s the best accommodation in near Batumi you can find! Great view on the whole coast, excellent host, quite place, 15 minutes to the beach, shops nearby!

Очень уютный дом в самом центре Батуми. Комната чистая и просторная, есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяева очень добрые и гостеприемные люди. Определенно, остановлюсь у них снова, когда приеду в Грузию.

Нас очень душевно и тепло встретили. Это было ощущение, что мы приехали к родным людям. Нас напоили, угостили и запалили камин. Спасибо за прием. Дом находиться в частном секторе, поэтому, если хотите отдохнуть от шума самое то, но для прогулок к городу далековато. Мы были на ночь, поэтому нас все устроило.
