Chez Maty, located in the heart of the Hautes Pyrénées, 2 minutes from Lake Génos – Loudenvielle (children's games, pedal boats, etc.). You can access it via a small pedestrian path that passes in front of the house entrance. The BALNEA thermal-recreational center is only 1 km from the accommodation. You will be happy to be able to enjoy the slopes (mountain biking, SKIING, hiking...) of the VAL LOURON resort by its road. But also PEYRAGUDES accessible by LOUDENVIELLE by cable car (8 min by SKYVALL).

Pleasant apartment of 40 m2,on the ground floor with a south-facing terrace. 400 m from the skyval which connects Loudenvielle to Peyragudes. close to shops ( supermarket, pharmacy, bookstore,restaurants). 5 minutes from the Balnea thermoludic center and the very pleasant lake for the family walk (pumtrack, children's games). Sheets and towels not provided. rental option: 12 euros ( 1 pair of sheets + 2 towels) Parking space right in front of the rental. Cleaning fee on request 40€.

And the instructions for accessing the accommodation without the host are clear. And the location was great for us who wanted to do some nice hikes. Excellent stay, the apartment is comfortable and very well-equipped (small downside with the operation of the TV, we did not find the TNT channels easily). We were hosted very well on site by Aminatta, very friendly, very available, and very patient! I recommend this place 100%. To come with a GPS do not indicate "Paoulede" because it will not find it and will make you go around in circles!! Simply indicate Val Louron resort 65240 and it will take you there without any problems. Thanks to Brune and Lodois, the owners, for their availability.

Accommodation met our expectations. Well-equipped, south-facing balcony with mountain views. It's just missing a mat to store shoes at the entrance at the end of the day. Free parking in front of the residence. Ski lifts accessible in 3 min walk, return to ski possible in heavy snow. The Val Louron area as a whole is very nice, few people, no waiting. Family resort where we'll be happy to go back.

The ground floor apartment is very nice, it is convenient to access for luggage. It is very well equipped and very clean, the view of the mountains is superb and the terrace is very nice. Michel is a very welcoming host and offers good advice.
