We had a great stay at this apartment in the heart of Adelaide CBD. The location was perfect—just a short walk to Chinatown and surrounded by plenty of shops, cafes, and things to do. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and friendly, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Adelaide. Check in was easy and the parking safe was easy to find with the given instructions. Apartment was clean comfortable and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. It was located within walking distance to the main parts of the city.

We (myself, husband and 11 year old daughter) stayed at Lucinda's Lofty Views from 9 to 20 Jun 2025. This was our first trip to Adelaide. Location: Unbeatable location. We walked almost everywhere! It is just ~5 to 8 minutes' walk to Chinatown area AND our favourite Central Market. We also walked to the Botanic Gardens, National Wine Centre, the Adelaide Oval, and to some of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Australia - Press* Food and Wine being one of them. Side note: I even got a hair cut at the salon just below the apartment! Apartment: Spotlessly clean, spacious, warm and homely. Very comfortable beds and sofa. A welcome respite at the end of the day from all our walking! Host: Lucinda is a gem. Easy to communicate with, super responsive, patient, kind, ever so helpful with all the great recommendations on where we could visit, and most importantly, a genuine love for what she does and in ensuring her guests are (literally) kept warm, cozy and comfortable.

Nicks 'Salt&Sand' place is just perfect for a couple; we walked in and were immediately in love with this small but extremely inviting apartment - its cosy and comfortable; has the best views of the city and surrounding hills; and lots of lovely morning sunshine. We really liked the compact kitchen, the dining and lounge area, and the balcony. And, I have to say that the bed and pillows are perfect - we had a good sleep. We'd try for this apartment again if we return to Adelaide next year.

John is a fantastic host and lovely guy. Always willing to assist. The apartment is very beautiful and clean. It’s allocated in a fab area. I will definitely book again. Worth staying at.

Great penthouse to stay classy vibes all the way

We stayed at Jerry’s place during our visit to Adelaide, and it couldn’t have been better located. It’s right in the heart of the city — just a short walk to the Central Market, Chinatown, the University of Adelaide, and many other key spots. Everything is within easy reach! And always responsive. On top of the great location, the building itself had excellent facilities. We enjoyed access to the gym, pool, sauna, and even a café right downstairs, which really added to the comfort and convenience of our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location, so close to the Rundle street mall. So many great options for food and dining out. Pubs only a 5 min walk away. Unit was very clean and tidy, with a great balcony. Great communication from manager, and someone was there to greet us on arrival. The only negative is that there is no parking for your vehicle, nearby parking stations are quite expensive to use. other than that, 5 stars.

Eye in the sky overlooking the city, a stone's throw away from Rundle and walkable everywhere. A Home away from home. You'll have everything u need provided.

The location was perfect! The view was so lovely. Walking distance to everything we needed. The unit was lovely and clean. Bedrooms could maybe do with fans as it did get hot during the night. Would definitely stay again when I next visit Glenelg

Darren’s apartment is perfect for a summer getaway. Amazing view of the beach & great outdoor furniture. Darren is very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent communication and really easy check in process, the actual apartment was even nicer than pictures. I had a great stay and would definitely return.

Things I liked; A great quiet, safe, clean, spacious unit. Very comfy bed. Excellent use of space. Full kitchen and they had my favourite milk in the fridge. Walking distance to shops and public transport. I particularly recommend to a person travelling for work, interstate for wedding, and looking for quiet alternative to hotel room.

Such a fantastic place to stay in. Place is very spacious, clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Rooms and living area has plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. The area is so beautiful and peaceful with the water right at your door step and shopping centers and restaurants a short drive away. I would definitely recommend booking and will be definitely re-booking every time we are back in Adelaide. Thank you to Janelle for being so accommodating and great communicator.

We stayed here when we came to Adelaide for a basketball tournament. The house was perfect for our group of girls and the kids loved to use the heated pool. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of showers and toilets. The house was just as described and nice and clean. We had a great stay.

We loved our stay at Deborah’s place. It was beautifully decorated and well appointed. A lovely area to stay, lots of places to eat within walking distance and the city very easy to get to.

We stayed here for a work trip and it was exceptional. The house was in excellent condition, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day workshopping with the team. We would highly recommend staying here again. SA Stays were a great host and were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the trip. With different team members staying in one house it was great having the extra space where everyone could have some alone time if it was needed. Having enough bedrooms to cater for everyone was a big hit. Definitely a must stay for anyone heading to Aldinga in a larger group. 5-stars!

Michelle was a fantastic host! We had a great time at her property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There was plenty of room for the kids (and grandparents) and we were in walking distance to heaps of fun activities / streets. We would happily stay at Michelle’s place again.

We had a relaxing stay in a very well equipped house. It was very clean with lots of room for 2 families, would definitely go back for another stay.
