Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Adams County

We had so much fun this weekend! The house was amazing! Very clean with everything you need to enjoy time with family. Kids loved snow tubing at Liberty, and it was only 2 miles away with easy drop off and pick up! The nights were cold, but we enjoyed gathering around the fire pit on the deck with a great view of the ski slope lit up right in front of us! Thank you so much!

Matthew was a great host! Communicated in a timely and friendly manner and was flexible with our request to be able to get there earlier than scheduled. Whenever I had questions he got back to us quickly. Home is lovey, comfortable and clean. Location for everything in Gettysburg is 100% the best! Just close enough to everything without the crowds of Gettysburg. We would def stay here again. One of my favorite girls weekend trips ever! ❤️🤍💙

Amazing location in the mountains. Great location to everything we needed during our stay as we were back and forth to Gettysburg, Emmitsburg, Mount St. Mary and Thurmont. Wow! This property! Private, beautiful…felt like we were “home”. Justin and Tara were excellent command checked in with us half way through our stay to ensure all was going well. We loved sitting fireside while our children played chess, when we could get them out of the hot tub! We made full use of the kitchen, which made it feel even more homey. Upgraded bathrooms were really well done and all of the furniture seemed new. Super clean home and we’d love to stay again!!

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house is just as nice in person as the photos and had everything needed to keep two kids entertained on a bad-weather day of our trip. The house is close enough to Gettysburg to just pop over but far enough out to have peace and quiet at the end of the day. We loved the basketball hoop that was height adjustable for little kids and all of the games found in the garage. The pool wasn't open yet but I imagine it would be spectacular in the summer. Logan was a super friendly and responsive host and I would definitely rent from him again.

it was even better than the pictures and the outdoor was updated compared to the pictures. Our families enjoyed this beautiful private home just to ourselves and it was very peaceful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was beautiful and well-stocked. It very comfortably fit our party of 9 plus an infant and was a short drive to both Gettysburg and grocery stores. The homeowner kept the home well-stocked and clean, which was very much appreciated! Overall great experience!

Her place was very clean and felt like home. She was very well organized and things were very well stocked. She was very responsive when talking to her. We are definitely staying there again. It was a great stay and getaway.

The host really came through for myself and some friends when we needed a place to stay for a wedding at Grayce Gardens. They helped us to book rooms side by side and was very responsive throughout the process. After check-out, they communicated with me immediately about an item we left behind and they’re helping to get it back to us. Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the area!

We had visited “the creek” previously and have returned because the setting is so calm and peaceful and the apt is so cozy and comfortable. Kristy is quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. The deck is wonderful although the winter weather made it a bit chilly to sit out. We did walk along the creek both mornings as it was sunny but brisk. This tranquil spot is very close to our son so we hope to return.

Very clean and adorable place to stay! So cozy and clean. Great location and close to our event in Elizabethtown. Very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place near Elizabethtown or Hershey.

Jeff was an excellent host. From the get-go, he proactively offered to set up a second bed since he noticed we were three guests. I didn't get to meet Jeff, but his wife came to move his truck and she was very sweet. Jeff checked up on us an appropriate amount (not too often, not too little) to see how our trip was going, and the place was perfect. 10/10.

We recently stayed here for my wife’s birthday. We can not say enough good things about our stay. The building is stunning, the inside has so much character and is beautifully furnished and decorated. We tried to enjoy all the areas. Had a fire in the common room, enjoyed the hot tub while the snow fell and our room was comfortable! The bed and pillows in our room were the best we’ve ever slept on in a Airbnb before. So much so we read the labels and ordered the same set for home. lol the rooms are big and the bathroom and bath relaxing. We are already planning our trip back! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The Hosts were always responsive and gave us great recommendations for the area. You will not be disappointed if you book your stay here.

Christopher's place was clean and beautifully located! The view of the river was georgous and the bed was super comfy. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's cabin. The place exceeded our expectations. There are so many thoughtful touches that made the place feel extra cozy. The wifi is a little spotty but that wasn't an issue for us. It was so nice to enjoy coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Barely any cars drove by during our stay which made it feel extremely private. We definitely would love to return when it's warmer to enjoy the firepit and more time outside. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and extremely clean. We had a wonderful time watching the snow and wildlife through the windows while staying cozy by the fire. Beds were comfy and neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Would definitely go for a restful retreat again.

We enjoyed our stay at Cabin on Middle Creek. The cabin is extremely well kept and had all the amenities that were listed. The grounds are also well maintained, beautiful view and peaceful. This home is definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the drive. We really enjoyed meeting some of the locals, Frederick and Felix! Mark was a very responsive and pleasant host to communicate with. The check in / out and property instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Very comfortable, peaceful gem. Chris was very responsive and even reached out proactively about an additional AC unit given warmer temps to be sure we were comfortable. We used the grill, fire pit and totally enjoyed the trail. Having coffee on the deck each morning was idyllic!!

We stayed at the cabin for Easter weekend with my parents. We were looking for a nice, peaceful place outside of downtown Gettysburg to relax and visit since we live in different states. This place was perfect for that! The cabin was gorgeous and fully stocked which let us relax and feel right at home. We were able to cook Easter dinner in the spaceous and stocked kitchen without issue. The place is secluded and surrounded by woods, making our nights out by the fire peaceful and wonderful. Jayme was a responsive host whenever we had questions too. I would stay here again and again. This was one of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed at between being super clean and being stocked with everything we might need it was just amazing!

This was our second time staying at Stonebrake and my wife and I absolutely love this place! Susan is a great host and the cabin and surrounding fields are so peaceful. We loved sitting by the fire pit and watching the deer and turkeys.

Our family (Myself, husband and 3 teenage boys) stayed here twice. Once on the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts and changed our original plans on the way back to stay here again. Beautiful and comfortable location with plenty of space for our family. Just over a half hour to Baltimore and just over an hour to D.C. which my family loved because we planned to sightsee in the city. We got to do all the city things and come back to a quiet, cozy beautiful farm that had great energy. We saw deer along the roadside every evening we heading back as well. Restaurants, gas stations, stores etc were within minutes. Everyone loved looking out the window and seeing those majestic cows, chickens and farmland. The house was very well appointed with all the amenities you could need while traveling and then some. It was also beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The host were very friendly, accomodating and responsive.We highly recommend and hope to stay again during our future travels.

We loved it! Very kid-friendly. My kids loved playing in the playground and the small kitchen next to it. We loved how peaceful it was. The house was adorable, super clean. Just the perfect size for us (two adults and two toddlers). Instructions around the house were very clear and easy to follow. The kitchen has everything we were needing. Hosts were super responsive and proactive, which I loved!. We stayed for two nights. We will definitely stay here again.
