The Little Brown Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located 1950's cottage in Russell Springs. It sleeps 4 in two queen sized beds, each in their own bedroom. There is a full bathroom accessible through the master bedroom with a vintage tub & shower combination. It has a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining room. There are doorbell cameras but we will turn them off upon check-in. There is a large television in the living room but each bedroom has its own television with free high speed Wi-Fi.

New home! Located only 1/4 mile from Green River Marina and a short 10 minute drive from Campbellsville University. You can enjoy a front porch chairs with a large covered side porch for relaxing- inc. fire pit! Home provides a queen bed in the master with private bathroom as well as a double bed in the secondary bedroom. The third bed room has a bunk bed. All bed rooms and living room have tvs. Home on a quiet farm setting. All within walking distance of Lake, walking trails, and marina.

This two bedroom, two bath home is the perfect, peaceful place to rest and recover. Enjoy watching the animals of the neighboring farm, listening to the beautiful birdsong, and taking in the expanse of lush trees and verdant fields from either the indoor living area or one of the two porches. There's 2 bedrooms, a full bath, laundry room, living room, kitchen and dining area upstairs. There's a gas grill, a table and couple of chairs on the top deck. The finished basement has 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a game room. On the patio, there's 8 chairs. The backyard has a firepit and plenty of firewood.

A spacious living area is highlighted by a comfortable sofa and coffee table. A ceiling fan is visible above, providing air circulation.
