House vacation rentals in Adair County

We very much enjoyed our stay. The place was definitely dated but the new bathrooms were great. We are low maintenance and I can tell they are working to fix the place up. The views are hard to beat and the accommodations were perfect. They gave us unlimited ice which was super cool. Very nice grill that came in handy more than once. Highly recommend this stay for any golf trips to the Dale Hollow State Park course, about 20 mins away. One of the coolest courses in the state of KY. The lake itself is beautiful as well. We rented a pontoon from Sunset marina about 40 mins away. We’ll likely come back!

We had a wonderful weekend. The home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. The enclosed three season room was perfect with comfortable seating and beautiful view. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The pool was a hit for all.

This was perfect for five ladies to enjoy peace and quiet and a pool. We drove 5.5 hours to enjoy Ralph's place. The pool was fantastic and the house had all the amenities we needed. We would gladly recommend Ralph as a host and this property!

The home was very clean, unique, and had an awesome vacation vibe. The hosts were very quick to answer questions and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend the home and plan on coming again!

Had a large family reunion and this location served its purpose well! The 1st floor allowed everyone ample space to be together which was fantastic. The host was great at getting back to us with questions! With all the kids there they did get a bit too adventurous and explored the woods which was someone else’s property. The host was kind(and very polite) about letting us know not to trek too far!

Super nice place. We stay in the Jamestown Russell Springs area very often. This place is one of the best places we have stayed. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. Inside the place is super nice and clean. Kitchen has everything you need to spend the week.

The cabin was beautiful and very spacious. We all had our own beds to sleep in. Having three showers helped us from fussing over who got to shower first. Minutes away from multiple boat ramps. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

We had a great stay at Kelli’s! Very clean and comfortable. Everything seemed new and we had everything we needed and then some. Good communication and quick responses when we locked ourselves out and when the internet went out because of a storm. Would definitely recommend!

This house is FANTASTIC!! It was everything and more than described on the website. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are very well stocked with everything you need. This house is actually better in person than is shown on the website. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The house is very nice and very large! It's quite comfortable, having everything we needed. The upper balcony is the perfect place to unwind, with all the birds singing and the lake peeking through the tree branches. Woody and Dean were very responsive hosts. When the air conditioning was struggling to keep it cool they had a repair person to fix it on site within the hour. Our family loved it so much. We will be back.

Wonderful place! It had so many amenities included that we were unaware of! The kitchen was fully stocked, there were pool floats, life jackets, towels, games, etc. They thought of everything! Also very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again! Definitely stay here!
