Abbiamo trascorso in 8 amici un fine anno e inizio 2025, in un posto splendido. Posto tranquillo e perfetto per trascorrere giornate in relax, tutto al casale è stato impeccabile, la casa è molto calda e ha tutti i confort a portata di mano; le splendide giornate che abbiamo incontrato, ci hanno permesso di scoprire i dintorni favolosi di queste terre. Vorrei fare un complimento a Valter, splendida persona che si è messo a piena disposizione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa. Grazie a tutti, non mancherà il nostro consiglio positivo a chi vorrà soggiornare a casa Argentella. Un arrivederci a presto.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. La casa di Rossana è esattamente come nelle foto, forse addirittura più bella. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 coppie e l'ampissima zona giorno open space ci ha consentito di trascorrere piacevolmente le giornate tutti insieme mentre le 4 camere da letto complete di bagno in camera ci hanno permesso di avere la giusta privacy quando necessario. La casa è nuovissima, moderna nella costruzione e nell'arredamento, luminosa e pulitissima. Vengono forniti lenzuola e asciugamani e anche cucina e sala da pranzo sono complete di tutto il necessario. La zona è appartata e tranquilla, abbiamo letteralmente adorato il paesaggio circostante. La proprietaria non era presente durante il nostro soggiorno ma Emanuela ci ha accolto in maniera impeccabile e non ha mancato di farci avere consigli e raccomandazioni sulla zona. Infine rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Het is een prachtig en goed onderhouden huis. Veel accomodaties begrijpen niet goed dat het eigenlijk vrij simpel is om mensen blij te maken, namelijk zorgen voor schoon huis, keuken met alle spullen, apparatuur etc wat je nodig hebt, goede douche, lekker terras. Bij Fiona klopte alles. De ontvangst was heel netjes door Thomas. Het huis is heel ruim, een hele grote keuken, heel veel praktische zaken zijn op voorraad al en daar kan je gebruik van maken. Het zwembad (wij waren er in mei) was al helemaal up and running en op temperatuur. Heel fijn dat er een hek omheen zat zodat de kleine kindjes er niet zomaar bij konden. De wifi was ook ideaal, ik heb zowaar een aantal werk gerelateerde videocalls goed kunnen doen daar. Anyway, gewoon een huis met hoge standaarden, groot (overdekt) terras, lekker in de schaduw.

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

Lucia è una host premurosa ed attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. L’alloggio è caratteristico, curato, super pulito e offre la giusta privacy. Lo spazio esterno ti fa sentire fortunato di aver scoperto un luogo immerso nella natura a pochi minuti dal centro di Ascoli. Il nostro è stato un soggiorno purtroppo veloce, ma ci ha lasciato nel cuore la voglia di tornare alla casa sul fiume al più presto. Grazie ancora a Lucia e alla sua famiglia per la bellissima esperienza.

Meteen bij aankomst werden we begroet door Fausto. Met een vertaal app werd ons alles medegedeeld. Zijn vriendelijke gezicht maakt iedereen volgens mij blij.😀 Een sfeervolle omheinde tuin waar onze 2 grote honden het heerlijk hebben gehad. Heel fijn dat er airco aanwezig was. Het bed lag super! Er ontbrak niets. O ja, de kaasschaaf 😀😀, maar die ontbreekt vaak in het buitenland😀. Het huis bevind zich binnen een klein complex wat afgesloten kon worden. De zee is binnen 7 minuten met auto te bereiken. Het is er totaal niet druk deze tijd van het jaar. We hebben 1 week 30 graden en blauwe lucht gehad. Fausto reageert bijna direct op je vragen. We bezochten: grotten, fano, Loreto, Torre di palme en de zee. We raden dit huis aan!

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Great place in the countryside of Abruzzo. The whole property is divided into 3 apartments - me and the family rented the whole place and enjoyed our time together. It’s easy to find, close to Pineto, Silvi and surrounding villages. Recommended!

Siamo stati ad Acquaviva Picena 4 giorni. Soggiornare nel Palazzo Olli è stato bellissimo. La casa è spaziosa e ben tenuta, con un affaccio spettacolare sull'area circostante. Inoltre si trova a pochi minuti da San Benedetto del Tronto, in una posizione ottima per fare gite fuori porta. Posto super consigliato!

Aldo ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und alles war wie erwartet. Die Gleise verlaufen direkt am Airbnb, stören aber nachts nicht groß. Die Lage am Meer ist super - schnell findet man leere Plätze. Der Ort ist klein, aber man halt alles in der Nähe, was benötigt wird. Für größere Supermärkte kann man sich ins Auto setzen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Appartement dans la maison familiale, refait à neuf avec des matériaux de qualité. La terrasse offre une vue magique sur les collines environnantes jusqu’à la mer. Nous avons gentiment été accueillis par Giovanna qui nous a aussi fait part de ses précieuses recommandations locales. L’appartement était parfait pour 4, on a juste regretté de ne pas avoir dans les placards les quelques fournitures qu’on a pas envie d’acheter quand on vient pour le week-end (épicerie de base, lessive, une bouteille d'eau d'accueil…). La région est une bonne surprise car encore très préservée du tourisme, même en plein mois d’août !

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Wir sind das 3te Mal an diesem wunderschönen Ort gewesen, und werden immer wieder hierher kommen da die Luft, die Atmosphäre und die Casali sehr liebevoll und stetig gepflegt werden. Olivenbäume, Weinreben rundherum mit 2 gepflegten Pools, wir sind gar nicht ans Meer gefahren so schön ist es dort einfach die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Tat ist es eine wunderbare Stille. Der Feldweg zu den Häusern ist im ersten 3tel (Gemeindestraße) eine kleine Herausforderung bei tiefergelegten Autos, wenn sie den Weg einmal gefahren sind haben sie schnell den Dreh raus welche die ideale Linie ist. Bis bald Antonia ihr seid wunderbare Gastgeber.

Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

Luogo incantevole, appartamento nuovo molto bello con vista stupenda sulle colline marchigiane in zona tranquilla, ideale per visitare i molti luoghi d'interesse e per raggiungere il mare. I proprietari Luca e Annalisa sono molto gentili e disponibili ci hanno aiutato in ogni nostra richiesta! Assolutamente da ritornare! Grazie per la splendida esperienza.

Wir hatten sehr viele Staus und kamen erst gegen Mitternacht in der Unterkunft an. Den richtigen Weg zum Haus zu finden, gestaltete sich durch unser Navi auch nicht einfacher. Dank des elektronischen Check-Ins lief aber alles andere reibungslos. Es ist ein einzigartiges, toll designtes Haus, wo wir uns sofort wohl fühlten. Nach Civitanova sind es nur ca 15 min Fahrt. Auch in Civitanova Alta kann man abends in die Altstadt spazieren, um ein frisch gezapftes Bier, einen gemixten Cocktail oder ein Eis zu sich nehmen. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. An heißen Tagen sind wir auch gerne noch gegen Abend in den kleinen Pool gegangen, um uns ein wenig abzukühlen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sowie auch das Haus insgesamt. Die Klimaanlage war auch sehr hilfreich. Es war einfach toll, morgens und abends auf der Terrasse zu essen oder auch einfach nur auf den Liegen/Liegestühlen zu entspannen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

A casa di Pasquale ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra, gli host ci hanno accolto calorosamente e la casa si trova non soltanto in una posizione ottima per visitare i borghi circostanti ma gode anche di una vista incredibile e di una pace senza pari. Noi siano andati con il nostro cane e grazie al giardino e alla posizione della casa ha potuto stare tranquillo e vagare libero senza problemi. Consigliamo tantissimo e ritorneremo assolutamente!

La casa di Tania è accogliente, calda, con muri di quasi un metro di profondità, una vista splendida sul mare, posizionata nel centro storico; tranquilla e silenziosa; è’ stata ristrutturata,conservando tutti gli elementi caratteristici come i pavimenti e i soffitti in mattoni rossi. Tania pur essendo fuori e’ sempre stata disponibile anche attraverso altre persone e prodiga di consigli utili. Siamo stati molto bene, torneremo.
