L’appartamento a piano terra di circa 80 mq è composto da due camere, una matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, bagno con doccia, ampio soggiorno e angolo pranzo con porta finestra d’ingresso indipendente a cui si accede da un verde terrazzo di 40mq (situato all’interno del parcheggio condominiale) ideale per mangiare all’aperto e riporre eventuali biciclette e infine piccola cucina con ripostiglio.
