The garden room self catering accommodation is in a quiet suburb and sleeps up to two adults and two children under 13 years. It is a pleasant 25mins walk in to the city, buses run every 15mins from the end of the street or via the park and ride. There is off street parking for one car and plenty of free street parking.

Our studio cottage is a perfect York base. Artwork fills this unique converted carpenter’s workshop in a pretty, private courtyard garden behind our home. Only a 20 min. walk or 10 min. bus ride to York Minster. Parking available on request. We can also arrange a lovely welcome surprise! 🥂
