Beautiful home away from home, very family friendly. The house has very contemporary look and feel, lots of character and beautifully decorated. We visited for the weekend with our two children (7months and 5 years), enough space for all of us including everything we needed for the baby. We liked the convenience of self check in and check out, and the location was perfect- short walk or drive to the town.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely, spacious home! The house was perfect for our group—it was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing weekend. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short drive and walk to the wedding we were attending, which made everything so convenient. It was great to be able to get ready together in such a nice space and come back to unwind after the celebration. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was smooth and easy. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone attending events in the area or just looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful home.

Immaculately presented little hideaway just outside the centre within easy walk for food and drinks. The place is exceptionally homely, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Free parking is less than a minute walk away. Jim is an exceptional host and highly communicative. Will return and would highly recommended.

Great weekend in York on a girls trip. The house was perfectly located within a short walk to York centre. The house was comfortable and as described. The parking was ideal for one car. Our only downside was lots of the plates and cutlery were dirty eg tea stained cups, spoons and left over food underneath plates. This is obviously down to previous guests not cleaning things properly as there is no dishwasher. Jemma provided lots of cleaning products and the house is beautifully decorated. We most definitely would stay again.

An amazing find! The house was so close to the city centre and, on a great little high street, it met all our needs! Allowing well-behaved dogs is really appreciated too. Sera was quick to reply to our communications, recommending great restaurants and coffee shops; the property exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again the next time we’re in York. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house in York. The property is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, making it feel warm and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean and the amenities were excellent – from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The location was ideal – just a short (15-20mins) and pleasant walk to the centre of York, so we could explore all the sights, shops, and restaurants without needing a car. It was the perfect base for our trip, and we really appreciated how peaceful the neighborhood was despite being so close to everything. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting York – we’d definitely stay here again!

we loved our stay here and will definitely be returning- The cottage was perfect! had everything we needed, much bigger than expected! The enclosed garden was perfect for the pooch and lovely to sit out and listen to the birds and local church bells ring. The welcome treats were very much appreciated too!

Lovely clean flat with all amenities-super extra touches with fresh flowers, milk, biscuits etc. Great local maps with information about shops, restaurants and attractions. In fact the whole experience really could not have been better!

Just had a wonderful stay at this property, which is located just a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants and bars. The check-in details were on point and we easily found and accessed the property with no issues. Once inside the photos were a true representation of the flat. The location as above was second to none, although next to a fairly busy road (masked by bushes), the glazing did a great job and we could not hear anything, it was also nice to look out over the town walls. We only had 1 issue regarding cleaning and that was the cooker hood, which did not look like it had been cleaned for months, leading to a strong cooking smell all over the flat. So ended up cleaning it myself and contacting Pass the Keys who dropped off additional dishwasher tablets (even though on instructions it stated not to use the dishwasher). All in all a great property, easily walkable to all the main attractions, with parking right outside the door.

I booked this for my daughter and husband who were visiting from Australia. It was perfect for them . They walked regularly along the canal and into Bingley where there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants. They said it was very comfortable and quiet and will recommend

Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We had a lovely weekend for my wife’s birthday staying at Fay’s apartment, everything is right on your doorstep, lots of pubs and eateries a short walk away, the apartment is really nice and homely, loved all the little personal touches and she was very helpful and always replied very quickly, thanks again Fay and we will definitely be booking with you again x

Great place to stay. Fantastic location - very close to centre of town, just yards away from the Market Square. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. My stay there could not have been more enjoyable.
