The Bard's Cottage Pod

Cosy pod(s) situated on our peaceful croft in Camustianavaig boasting some of the best views on Skye. A great spot for nature watching, the bay, just a stone's throw from your door, is frequented by seals, otters, dolphins and basking sharks and the air above by Sea and Golden Eagles. The pod, two small pods combined, has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and breakfast bar and large deck with a bbq and outdoor table and chairs. Situated in the township of Braes, only a 15 minute drive from Portree, our cabin 'moonen' overlooks the Sound of Raasay. It sits on the sea side of an old church building, near the shoreline. It is peaceful here and a haven for wildlife. You can sometimes see whales and dolphins from your window and seals and otters on the nearby shore. Roe deer, sea eagles and buzzards are a common sight too. Enjoy beautiful views over to the Island of Raasay from both the bedroom and living area.
