Our house is located in the north side of Asprovalta. You can enjoy your privacy, although you reach the closest beach in 1 minute by car or 10 on foot. It has a large garden with a lot of trees and vegetation, as well as a BBQ area with kiosk. Let your kids play our garden, it's SUPER safe. Note that: Terra holiday home #1 and Terra holiday home #2 are in the same property area. You may rent both of them in case you are on vacation with friends :)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen, die Wohnung war sehr schön und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Ausstattung war super, von Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Föhn bis rezeptfreie Schmerzmittel und Mückenabwehrmittel wurden wir gut ausgestattet. Sogar Wattepads und Flipflops waren vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank gab es einen Willkommensgruß (Wein) und zwei kalte Getränke. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, wurden diese schnell beantwortet. Die Lage war ruhig, der Blick vom Balkon wunderschön. Gegenüber gab es einen unbelebten Strandabschnitt, dort konnte man gut alleine sein. Ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es eine Art beach bar, mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen zum Mieten für wenig Geld. Kaffee, Getränke und kleine snacks gab es dort auch. Asprovalta ist ca. 10/15 min entfernt. Hier kann man schöne lauwarme Sommerabende mit guter Gastronomie genießen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα τοσο για οικογένειες με μικρά παιδιά όσο και για ζευγάρια. Το σπιτι ειναι υπέροχο και προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Η οικοδέσποινα (Μαριελλα) ηταν εξαιρετική και άμεση στην επικοινωνία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και σιγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε

Έμεινα στο κατάλυμα για 2 βράδια και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη! Ήταν πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο και πολύ άνετο. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στο κέντρο των Σερρών, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, καφέ και σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω αν βρεθώ ξανά στην περιοχή!

O locuință superbă cu o priveliște minunată. Gazda a făcut recomandări în privința restaurantelor , magazinelor și activităților de pe insula. Parcare suficientă pentru 3-4 mașini , casa fiind amplasata într-o zona liniștită , lipsită de gălăgie in orice moment al zilei.

We had a great stay at this spacious, spotless flat! It’s very comfortable and located right in the center, which made getting around super easy. The host was incredibly flexible and even let us check out a bit later, which we really appreciated. Everything was smooth from start to finish. We’d definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική! Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Το πιο σημαντικό για μένα ήταν η ευγένεια και η εξυπηρετικότητα της οικοδεσπότισσας ,με άφησε να κάνω check-in αρκετά νωρίτερα από την προκαθορισμένη ώρα, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα. Ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία και έκανε τη διαμονή μου ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη. Σίγουρα θα ξαναέμενα και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολύ όμορφο σπίτι με μεγάλη αυλή και εφοδιασμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή.. Η όμορφη κοντινή παραλία απέχει ένα τέταρτο με το αυτοκίνητο.. Επίσης πολύ καθαρό και όμορφα διακοσμημένο!! Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενεστατος και άριστος στην επικοινωνία!!! Μακάρι να μπορέσουμε κάποια στιγμή να επιστρέψουμε!!!!
