In the heart of the Trois Pignons forest, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On a large forest plot of more than 4000 m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double sink, separate toilet. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The 30m2 house offers: - a living room with an open equipped kitchen. - a shower room with separate toilet. - one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double bed. It is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, as well as a coffee maker.
