My dwarf goats, sheep, chickens, running ducks and the cat Schnurli are always looking forward to your visit.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.

Located in a very quiet residential area, our inviting house with underfloor heating and controlled living space ventilation offers a cozy home away from home. Tinyhaus Kirsch

On the Schacherbauer farm with Overlooking the orchard are our four tiny houses overlooking the orchard. They are minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished with shower, toilet, large double bed, ample storage space and a beautiful terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used for an extra charge. On the farm, there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open Friday afternoon. The adjacent forest invites you to take a walk.

The spacious loft lies in between a lovely village and the river Inn, very close to a swimming lake. It offers to its guests various possibilities: those who love cycling, going for a walk, spending their holidays in the nature and those who want to explore all the sights will find their perfect place here. Many interesting cities are very close. After renovations on the house in 2023 we will again open for guess in 2024.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace overlooking the courtyard. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment where they can enjoy wine and fruit. This apartment is allergy and smoke free.

From the balcony, you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and the well-kept Mediterranean garden due to the location on the outskirts. Kastl is a typical Upper Bavarian village between Altötting and Burghausen. It has its own train station and has access to the public transport network.
