We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. No coração do Parque Natural da Serra de S.Mamede, está rodeado de uma grande variedade de flora autóctone, como Sobreiros, Oliveiras, Carvalhos ou árvores de fruto. Atravessado pelo rio Sever e uma ribeira que convida a banhos refrescantes pelas suas inúmeras quedas de água. Our little stone cottage lies on a stream and has views of the beautiful hills and meadows full of olive and cork trees. In the garden you will find some fruit trees, herbs and flowers. Not far there is a nice waterfall to enjoy hot summer days. This is a peaceful place to relax. Here you can get immersed in nature's beauty, enjoy the sky full of stars and listen to the sheep's bells chiming.
