Very comfortable apartment with sea view, with pool in probably the most beautiful residence of this Island, , in "Gosier" is a town at the center of the island. Everything has been designed to spend an idyllic stay, living spaces pleasant and well equipped inside and a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains of Basse-Terre from the terrace. Nice apartment in a good location with swimming pool/2 to 4 people

Housing of 50m² located in Les Abymes very well located in Guadeloupe. Beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are stairs to access it. Housing located at the bottom of the villa with the entrance on the back of the house guaranteeing autonomy and independence.

Large cozy villa. Pleasant kitchen and can accommodate several marmitons. Large rooms. A/C in the rooms only and only between 8am and 8am. We would have appreciated the PM air conditioning for our naps. Awesome location - everything can be done on foot (restaurants, grocery stores, fruit shop, bakery). Easy access to the sea is a 20 minute walk. It is very hot in February-March - our stay. We would have appreciated the use of a pool. We had a standing fan - it would have taken another one to hunt mosquitoes especially around 5pm. Steeve responds quickly to our requests. This is a site with several rented villas - you have to like or not this conviviality with the other tenants - Despite the proximity to the road that leads to Gosier center, the villa is very quiet - You can't hear traffic even at night. The showers are very functional without water outage with plenty of hot water.

We had a wonderful week at Alex and Annie's! Very beautiful and well-equipped villa Beautiful pool, the kids had a great time! The garden is really pretty, lots of trees and very nice flowers. The house is well located for visiting Guadeloupe and is very close to St Felix beach. Thanks to Alex and Annie for their welcome, kindness and advice. We recommend ++

Had a great stay in the apartment. Although my flight was delayed, José waited for me until late at night and still showed me the apartment. During my long-term stay of over a month, José and Julietta were always very accommodating and always gave me fruits from the garden. I would book this apartment again at any time.
