Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Abu Dhabi

A huge thank you to Sarah for an incredible stay. Sarah was a brilliant host- she was extremely proactive and responsive in her communication and was beyond accommodating to us in letting us have early access to the apartment which was brilliant. The apartment was clean, clutter free light and airy, and was exactly as had been described! The swimming pool was clean and less than 5 minutes away, as well as the beach being less than 10 minutes walk. Everything you would want (supermarket, cafes, restaurants and shops) are just around the corner from the apartment The only thing I would have changed was wishing we could have stayed longer!

I had a 3 day business trip to Abu Dhabi and I wanted a place in Yas Island which is close to everything and I didn't want a hotel, since an apartment has its benefits: privacy, full kitchen, and other amenities that are not available in a hotel. This apartment is the best combination. You have everything I mentioned + it is located inside a well maintained building with a front desk and reserved parking. As I said, the perfect combination to feel right at home from the first moment. I would definitely book it again on my next visit in 2 months!

Great studio apartment and location just off the city centre, great for people who want to be able to get around easily and have quick access to restaurants and malls. Reem beach walk is also a 5 minute walk away and is a nice place to relax that is a little less busy than city locations. Amenities in the tower are also good with a gym and pool that has a great view. Apartment was very clean and spacious for a studio and the host was great - would recommend.

Spent my Eid holidays here and absolutely loved it! The Airbnb was perfect for two people—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The view was incredible, both from inside the place and by the pool. The rooftop had such a good vibe—great energy and atmosphere, throughout the day. Honestly, it felt like the perfect little escape. Definitely found my new go-to spot. Will 100% be back!

The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

Great location, accommodation, & utilities. Amazing communication & was extremely helpful per my requests. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in JBR, felt right at home.

We had great stay in appartment Carpe Diem in Dubai. Appartment is on the highest floor with beautifull views to Dubai marina. Appartman is very close to JBR beach with a lot of restaurants and malls. We are 5th time in Dubai and this our stay was the best. We will come back again. Thanks a lot. Anna

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Danke an den Gastgeber. Die Regeln haben mich an meine Jugendzeit auf einem Internat erinnert wie z.B keine Schuhe im Haus oder ab 23:00 Ruhe. Aber die Villa war einfach wunderschön und kann es allen empfehlen die Ruhe und Luxus suchen. Vielen Dank

We had a lovely weekend stay with friends. The place was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed. Communication was excellent; the hosts were quick to respond and very accommodating with any requests. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

The house was perfect for our 6 night stay. Leila was friendly responded to any questions we had promptly. I would happily stay again.

We were extremely delighted with our stay. Pauls place was extremely well stocked with all you could ever need and then some! Paul made us feel at home with each conversation. He was very accommodative of our requests, kind and went out of his way to help us secure a crib last minute. The villa is immaculate, very tastefully decorated with high quality accessories / things needed for your stay. The garden is beautiful and well maintained and has great shade for sitting along with a beautiful sounding water fountain. Rooms are big and stocked with towels and linen! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well lit and a delight to cook in. Lots of restaurants nearby for home delivery.

Nos hospedamos durante una semana con mi familia en el apartamento de Salma, y fue todo mejor de lo planeado. La ubicación es espectacular, sobre la marina, con muchos restaurantes cerca y también a pocas cuadras de JBR, una zona con mucho ambiente y también muchos restaurantes. El apartamento es super cómodo, aún más lindo que en las fotos, y con una terraza que es un placer que desayunar ahí todos los días. Salma fue una host impecable, nos ha dado toda la información al detalle y siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades. MUY RECOMENDABLE

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Great spot within the Golf resort. Easy access to everything. Golf buggy hire is a 7 min walk and will connect you easily to the wider resort. Close to airport and city centre. Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Ali’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet. Ali was an amazing host — very responsive, friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
