Vacation rentals with a patio in Abu Dhabi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L’appartement est très bien agencé, propre et conforme à la description. Polla et Bambi ont été des hôtes très agréables et très réactifs. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable à Dubai !

The apartment was incredibly well priced and matched the description extremely well. The location was very convenient given that we hired a vehicle during our stay which helped us navigate around from a central location. Views from the 18th floor pool area was very different from what we see on a day to day basis which I loved. The host was very quick and responsive to all questions at all times. Communication was incredible. Overall great value for money. Would definitely be back at a later date.

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in JVC! The check-in process was completely hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and convenient. Since we had rented a car, the reserved parking was a huge plus and made commuting around the city effortless. Traveling with an infant can sometimes be challenging, but our host, Hafiz, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. He thoughtfully provided a crib and a baby chair, which made things so much easier for us. The building’s amenities were great as well—the swimming pool area was lovely, and the garden space added a nice touch of greenery, perfect for a relaxing stroll. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai!

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

The place was exactly as per the photos; lovely and clean. Teuta was an amazing host, always so helpful with anything I asked; nothing was too much. When I asked for something to be looked at in the bathroom she did not even question me and arranged for maintenance to come out straight away. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. The place was lovely. Thank you so much !

Perfect apartment for a few days stay. Modern and spotlessly clean. 2 beaches to choose from! Not a great deal in the area … yet … (building everywhere like every area in Dubai) but the restaurants and coffee shops are quite sufficient if you don’t want to leave the area.

We had booked this place for a company retreat. The hosts were very generous, responsive and accommodating. Flexible with an early check-in, late check-out. The house is decorated beautifully and very well equipped - all kitchen goods were in excellent condition. The location is easy to find (you have to have a car, it's Dubai) and the backyard is serene and peaceful. Great stay and rare find for a large group of people. Highly recommended

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Thanks for a great stay! Hopefully visit here again. Jess

The villa is really great, unlike other airb&bs we have stayed at the kitchen is super well stocked with everything you need. The villa is really clean and has a lovely feel to it. You can walk to the golf club and local souk in no time, which is so handy. The pool is really close to the property too! Holly is an excellent host and very responsive to support and get back to any questions. we are booked in again inf feb and look forward to a second family stay thank you again

Très bon séjour. L’hôte, Michael, a su très bien nous accueillir malgré l’heure d’arrivée tardive. Il a su être clair malgré le fait que je ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et nous donner des conseils sur différentes activités. Le logement est très bien situé avec de nombreuses activités dans les alentours. Mention spécial pour Mohamed qui a été au top avec nous et qui a appris à parler en Français 😂 Je recommande fortement ce logement.

Daniel's Villa is away from the hustle and bustle of Dubai yet still a 20-30 minute drive to most places. Rooms were excellent and the place was exactly as described. Had a perfect 6 night stay.

Great apartment, well equipped, friendly host, parking included, beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend. The mattresses if you are more than 2 guests are quite thin, we doubled them and our kids slept perfectly. Otherwise excellent.

Nagyszerű szállás, ennél jobb lokációt pedig nehéz elképzelni a Pálma szigeteken. Ár-érték arányban kiváló választás, azonban a szálláshelyre egy felújítás már nagyon ráférne. Több olyan dolog is megtalálható volt a szálláshelyen ami máshol nem szokott: professzionális kávégép,háztartási kellékek pl, só, olaj stb, több babaágy, babakocsi és még játékok is a gyerekeknek.

Logement conforme à l’annonce, bonne emplacement avec place de parking vue très sympa sur la marina, supérette en bas de l’immeuble et snack, le petit plus du logement est la balade en bateau privé.

Really nice, well furnished and neat apartment. Great host. The place has everyhing you need for a comfortable stay, a dedicated work-desk and a nice balcony with an amazing view of Dubai's skyline. Also, a rarity for Dubai, the building complex has a 24/7 supermarket, a barber, a pharmacy and couple of restaurants and caffes at the ground floor. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful apartment in Dubai Marina. The property was absolutely excellent – clean, beautifully decorated, and offering stunning views of the Marina. It was perfect for our family, with everything we needed to feel comfortable, including our 3-year-old son who loved watching the boats from the balcony. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and attractions all within walking distance. Every amenity we could possibly need was close by, making our stay incredibly convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our visit, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from start to finish. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubai Marina!
