Our house is located not far from the cross-country ski trail directly on the circular path of the nature-protected Egelsee and the swimming pool. The Sonnblick house offers you peace, relaxation and new energy.

Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini-golf, a summer toboggan run. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Karkogel ski lift is very close by.
