Our 50m2 apartment, available 3+kk for up to 5 people, has everything you need for a satisfying stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

The farmhouse has 4 rooms (sleeps 12) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge, hike, mountain bike or just go for a stroll. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. In winter, it is near the ski lift. The house is centrally located between Salzburg and Hallstatt, making everything easy to reach.

From Abtenau, you can quickly reach many worthwhile excursion destinations.

It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Vacation apartment in the former sauna house

The one-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor in the former sauna house right at the entrance to the Lammer Valley. You can reach the Lammertal virgin forest in less than an hour and you can take many more hikes directly from the house. For cross-country skiers, a 10 km long cross-country trail awaits just 100 meters away. Even though our house is a little older, it is powered by 100% renewable energy. Anna's accommodation is located in Kuchl, 25 km south of Salzburg. The house is quietly located and offers two fully equipped autonomous guest apartments, each with a balcony from where there is a fantastic view of Untersberg, Tennengebirge and Göllmassiv. Anna and her husband are kind and accessible people. Communication with you can take place in Russian, English and German.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
